ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಹೋಗಿ--ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ಕರ್ತನ ಪರ್ವತಕ್ಕೂ ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯ ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೋಗೋಣ; ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವನು; ನಾವು ಆತನ ದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವೆವು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು; ಚೀಯೋನಿನಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವೂ ಹೊರಡುವದು.
