ಆದರೆ ದಾವೀದನು ವಿಾಕಳಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಆದುಕೊಂಡ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮು ಖದ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ಆಯಿತು.
