2 Samuel 19:7
ಈಗ ನೀನು ಎದ್ದು ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡು. ನೀನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾದರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವ ದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವ್ವನತನದಿಂದ ಈ ದಿನದ ವರೆಗೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಬಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಡಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಕೇಡಾಗಿರುವದು ಅಂದನು.

ಈಗ ನೀನು ಎದ್ದು ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡು. ನೀನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾದರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವ ದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವ್ವನತನದಿಂದ ಈ ದಿನದ ವರೆಗೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಬಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಡಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಕೇಡಾಗಿರುವದು ಅಂದನು.
