ಆದ ದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಶ್ಶೂರಿನ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ--ಅವನು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರು ವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಎಸೆಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಗುರಾಣಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ದಿನ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
