ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಶೀಶಕನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನ ಮನೆಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನು; ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಗುರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.
