2 Samuel 3:13
ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಒಳ್ಳೇದು, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಒಂದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಏನಂದರೆ, ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಸೌಲನ ಮಗಳಾದ ವಿಾಕಲಳನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಾರದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೋಡಬಾರದು ಅಂದನು.

ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅಬ್ನೇರನು ತನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಜನರನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ದಾವೀದನು ಅಬ್ನೇರ ನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಬಂದ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಔತಣ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದನು.
