ಸೌಲನು--ನಾನು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿ ಹೋಗಲೋ? ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಿಯೋ ಎಂದು ದೇವರ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು; ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರ ಕೊಡದೆ ಹೋದನು.
