ಸಮು ವೇಲನು ಸೌಲನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನವಾದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ; ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕರ್ತನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದ್ದನು.
