1 Peter 2 - BBE (Kannada)

1 So putting away all wrongdoing, and all tricks and deceits and envies and evil talk,ಆದಕಾರಣ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಂಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಪಟವನ್ನೂ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇ ಕಿಚ್ಚನ್ನೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ವಿಸರ್ಜಿಸಿರಿ.

2 Be full of desire for the true milk of the word, as babies at their mothers' breasts, so that you may go on to salvation;ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಶಿಶುಗಳಂತಿರುವ ನೀವು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ವಾಕ್ಯವೆಂಬ ಶುದ್ಧ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಬಯಸಿರಿ.

3 If you have had a taste of the grace of the Lord:ಕರ್ತನು ಕೃಪಾಳುವೆಂದು ನೀವು ರುಚಿ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಲ್ಲಾ.

4 To whom you come, as to a living stone, not honoured by men, but of great and special value to God;ನೀವು ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳ ಕಲ್ಲಾಗಿರು ವಾತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದು ದೇವ ರಿಂದ ಆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದೂ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದದ್ದೂ ಆಯಿತು.

5 You, as living stones, are being made into a house of the spirit, a holy order of priests, making those offerings of the spirit which are pleasing to God through Jesus Christ.ನೀವು ಸಹ ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆತ್ಮಸಂಬಂಧ ವಾದ ಮಂದಿರವಾಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ವಾದ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಯಾಜಕ ವರ್ಗದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

6 Because it is said in the Writings, See, I am placing a keystone in Zion, of great and special value; and the man who has faith in him will not be put to shame.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲೆ ಗಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅದು ಆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು, ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ವಾದದ್ದು; ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡುವವನು ಆಶಾಭಂಗ ಪಡುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

7 And the value is for you who have faith; but it is said for those without faith, The very stone which the builders put on one side, was made the chief stone of the building;ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಂಬುವವರಾದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಆತನು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅವಿಧೇಯರಿಗಾ ದರೋ ಮನೆಕಟ್ಟುವವರು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟ ಕಲ್ಲೇ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲಾಯಿತು.

8 And, A stone of falling, a rock of trouble; the word is the cause of their fall, because they go against it, and this was the purpose of God.ಅದು ಎಡವುವ ಕಲ್ಲೂ ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದೆ; ಅವರು ವಾಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಿಧೇಯರಾದದರಿಂದ ಆ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಅವರು ನೇಮಕವಾದರು.

9 But you are a special people, a holy nation, priests and kings, a people given up completely to God, so that you may make clear the virtues of him who took you out of the dark into the light of heaven.ಕತ್ತಲೆಯೊಳಗಿದ್ದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾದ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದಾತನ ಸ್ತುತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವವ ರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನೀವು ಆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಂಶದವರೂ ರಾಜರಾದ ಯಾಜಕವರ್ಗದವರೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಜನಾಂಗವೂ ಅಸಮಾನ್ಯರಾದ ಜನರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

10 In the past you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; then there was no mercy for you, but now mercy has been given to you.ಮೊದಲು ನೀವು ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಈಗ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರಜೆ ಯಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಮೊದಲು ಕರುಣೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಈಗ ಕರುಣೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

11 My loved ones, I make this request with all my heart, that, as those for whom this world is a strange country, you will keep yourselves from the desires of the flesh which make war against the soul;ಅತಿ ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ, ಪರದೇಶಸ್ಥರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವ ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ದುರಾಶೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿ ರಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

12 Being of good behaviour among the Gentiles; so that though they say now that you are evil-doers, they may see your good works and give glory to God when he comes to be their judge.ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯು ಅನ್ಯಜನರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಆಗ ಅವರು ಯಾವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೆಟ್ಟವರೆಂದು ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ ಆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸತ್ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆಕಂಡು ದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವರು.

13 Keep all the laws of men because of the Lord; those of the king, who is over all,ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗೂ ಕರ್ತನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನೀವು ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ. ಅರಸನು ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎಂತಲೂ

14 And those of the rulers who are sent by him for the punishment of evil-doers and for the praise of those who do well.ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ಕೆಟ್ಟವರನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ (ಅರಸನಿಂದ) ಅವರು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರೆಂತಲೂ ತಿಳಿದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ.

15 Because it is God's pleasure that foolish and narrow-minded men may be put to shame by your good behaviour:ನೀವು ಒಳ್ಳೇ ನಡತೆಯಿಂದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಮೂಢಜನರ ಬಾಯಿ ಮುಚ್ಚುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವದೇ ದೇವರ ಚಿತ್ತ.

16 As those who are free, not using your free position as a cover for wrongdoing, but living as the servants of God;ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ; ಆದರೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ; ನೀವು ದೇವರ ದಾಸರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

17 Have respect for all, loving the brothers, fearing God, honouring the king.ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿ ಸಿರಿ, ಸಹೋದರರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿರಿ, ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯ ಪಡಿರಿ, ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿರಿ.

18 Servants, take orders from your masters with all respect; not only if they are good and gentle, but even if they are bad-humoured.ಸೇವಕರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯಜಮಾನರಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಅಧೀನ ರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರೂ ಸಾತ್ವಿಕರೂ ಆಗಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ವಕ್ರಬುದ್ಧಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಿಗೂ ವಿಧೇಯ ರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ.

19 For it is a sign of grace if a man, desiring to do right in the eyes of God, undergoes pain as punishment for something which he has not done.ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವವ ನಾಗಿದ್ದು ದೇವರ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆ ದುಃಖವನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದು ಶ್ಲಾಘ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

20 What credit is it if, when you have done evil, you take your punishment quietly? but if you are given punishment for doing right, and take it quietly, this is pleasing to God.ತಪ್ಪುಮಾಡಿ ಗುದ್ದು ತಿನ್ನುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಯಿಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದರಿಂದೇನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ? ಆದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದಿ ದ್ದರೆ ಇದು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಅಂಗೀಕೃತವಾಗಿದೆ.

21 This is God's purpose for you: because Jesus himself underwent punishment for you, giving you an example, so that you might go in his footsteps:ಇದ ಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನೀವು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರಿ; ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಸಹ ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬಾಧೆಯನ್ನನುಭವಿಸಿ ನೀವು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯ ಜಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋದನು.

22 Who did no evil, and there was no deceit in his mouth:ಆತನು ಯಾವ ಪಾಪವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಆತನ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ವಂಚನೆಯೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಲಿಲ್ಲ.

23 To sharp words he gave no sharp answer; when he was undergoing pain, no angry word came from his lips; but he put himself into the hands of the judge of righteousness:ಬೈಯುವವರನ್ನು ಆತನು ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೈಯಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆತನು ಬಾಧೆಯನ್ನನು ಭವಿಸಿದಾಗ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಬೆದರಿಸದೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡುವಾತನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.

24 He took our sins on himself, giving his body to be nailed on the tree, so that we, being dead to sin, might have a new life in righteousness, and by his wounds we have been made well.ನಾವು ಪಾಪಗಳ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸತ್ತು ನೀತಿವಂತರಾಗಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆತನು ಮರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪ ಗಳನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ತನ್ನ ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊತ್ತನು; ಆತನ ಬಾಸುಂಡೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಗುಣವಾಯಿತು.

25 Because, like sheep, you had gone out of the way; but now you have come back to him who keeps watch over your souls.ನೀವು ಕುರಿಗಳಂತೆ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನೀವು ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮಗಳ ಕುರುಬನೂ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನೂ ಆಗಿರುವಾತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
