ಆಗ ಅವನು--ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನನ್ನದಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದು ನಾನು ಆಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆಂದು ನೀನು ಬಲ್ಲೆ.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಯಾಗಿ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡಿ ರುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಳುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ತರುವಾಯ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ನಾನು ಅವನ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಮಾಡುವೆನು.
