ಆದರೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ರೆಹಬ್ಬಾಮನು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ತಾಮ್ರದ ಗುರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಅರಮನೆಯ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವ ಕಾವಲಿ ನವರ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.
