ಆದದರಿಂದ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಅರ್ಥವು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಅನ್ಯದೇಶ ದವನಂತಿರುವೆನು; ಮಾತನಾಡುವವನು ನನಗೆ ಅನ್ಯ ದೇಶದವನಂತಿರುವನು.

Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.

ಬೇರೆ ಭಾಷೆಯವರ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಬೇರೆ ಯವರ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನು ಈ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವೆನು; ಆದರೂ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆಂಬ ದಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದದೆ.
Colossians 3:11
ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೀಕನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನು ಎಂಬ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲ; ಸುನ್ನತಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡವರು ಸುನ್ನತಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದವರು ಎಂಬ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲ, ಮ್ಲೇಚ್ಛ ಹೂನರೆಂದಿಲ್ಲ; ದಾಸನು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರನು ಎಂಬ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೇ ಸಮಸ್ತರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
