ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮಹಾಪಾಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ದಯದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸು; ನಾನು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನವಾಗಿ ನಡೆ ದೆನು ಅಂದನು.

I have done עָשִׂ֖יתִי ʿāśâ ah-SA
אֶת ʾēt ate
thing: הַדָּבָ֣ר dābār da-VAHR
this הַזֶּ֑ה ze zeh
but now, וְעַתָּ֗ה ʿattâ ah-TA
do away הַֽעֲבֶר ʿābar ah-VAHR
I beseech thee, נָא֙ nāʾ na
אֶת ʾēt ate
the iniquity עֲו֣וֹן ʿāwōn ah-VONE
of thy servant; עַבְדְּךָ֔ ʿebed eh-VED
for כִּ֥י kî kee
foolishly. נִסְכַּ֖לְתִּי sākal sa-HAHL
I have done very מְאֹֽד׃ mĕʾōd meh-ODE
