பிறகு இயேசு அதிகாரியிடம், “வீட்டிற்குச் செல். நீ எவ்வாறு விசுவாசித்தாயோ அவ்வாறே உன் வேலைக்காரன் குணமாவான்” என்று சொன்னார். அந்த நேரத்திலேயே அந்த அதிகாரியின் வேலைக்காரன் குணமாக்கப்பட்டான்.
