யோசுவா 22:9
அப்பொழுது ரூபன் புத்திரரும் காத் புத்திரரும் மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்தாரும், கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக்கொண்டு கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, தாங்கள் கைவசம் பண்ணிக்கொண்ட தங்கள் காணியாட்சி தேசமான கீலேயாத் தேசத்துக்குப் போகும்படிக்கு, கானான்தேசத்திலுள்ள சிலோவிலிருந்த இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை விட்டுத் திரும்பிப்போனார்கள்.

அப்பொழுது ரூபனுடைய சந்ததியினர்களும் காத்தின் சந்ததியினர்களும் மனாசேயின் பாதிக் கோத்திரத்தார்களும், கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக் கொண்டு கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, அவர்கள் கைவசப்படுத்திக்கொண்ட அவர்களுடைய சொந்த தேசமான கீலேயாத் தேசத்திற்குப் போக, கானான் தேசத்தில் உள்ள சீலோவில் இருந்த இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களைவிட்டுத் திரும்பிப்போனார்கள்.

எனவே ரூபன், காத், மனாசே கோத்திரத்தினரும் பிற இஸ்ரவேலரைப் பிரிந்து சென்றனர். அவர்கள் கானானிலுள்ள சீலோவில் இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் அவ்விடத்தை விட்டு கீலேயாத்திற்குத் திரும்பிச் சென்றார்கள். மோசே அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த அவர்கள் சொந்த இடத்திற்குப் போனார்கள். இந்நிலத்தை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கும்படியாக கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டிருந்தார்.
