நீர் எங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிடும் சகல காரியத்திலும் உம்முடைய சொல்லைக்கேளாமல், உம்முடைய வாக்குக்கு முரட்டாட்டம்பண்ணுகிற எவனும் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன்; பலங்கொண்டு திடமனதாய்மாத்திரம் இரும் என்றார்கள்.

நீர் எங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிடும் எல்லா காரியத்திலும் உம்முடைய சொல்லைக் கேட்காமல், உம்முடைய கட்டளைக்கு எதிராக முரட்டாட்டம் செய்கிற எவனும் கொலை செய்யப்படக்கடவன்; பெலன்கொண்டு திடமனதாக மட்டும் இரும் என்றார்கள்.

மேலும், உம்முடைய கட்டளைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிய யாராவது மறுத்தால், அல்லது உமக்கு எதிராக யாராவது எழும்பினால், அப்போது அவன் கொல்லப்படுவான். உறுதியோடும் தைரியத்தோடும் இரும்!” என்றனர்.
