நித்தியவாசியும் பரிசுத்தர் என்கிற நாமமுள்ளவருமாகிய மகத்துவமும் உன்னதமுமானவர் சொல்லுகிறார்: உன்னதத்திலும் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலும் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற நான், பணிந்தவர்களின் ஆவியை உயிர்ப்பிக்கிறதற்கும், நொறுங்கினவர்களின் இருதயத்தை உயிர்ப்பிக்கிறதற்கும், நொறுங்குண்டு பணிந்த ஆவியுள்ளவர்களிடத்திலும் வாசம்பண்ணுகிறேன்.

தேவன் உயர்ந்தவர்! உன்னதமானவர், தேவன் என்றென்றும் ஜீவிக்கிறார். தேவனுடைய நாமம் பரிசுத்தமானது. தேவன் கூறுகிறார், “நான் உயர்ந்த பரிசுத்தமான இடத்தில் வாழ்கிறேன். ஆனால், அதோடு துக்கமும் பணிவும்கொண்ட ஜனங்களோடும் வாழ்கிறேன். நான் உள்ளத்தில் பணிவுள்ள ஜனங்களுக்குப் புதிய வாழ்க்கையைக் கொடுப்பேன். நான் தங்கள் இருதயங்களில் துக்கமுள்ள ஜனங்களுக்குப் புதிய வாழ்க்கையைக் கொடுப்பேன்.
