ஆமோத்சின் குமாரனாகிய ஏசாயா பாபிலோன்மேல் வரக்கண்ட பாரம்.

உங்கள் கண்களை வானத்திற்கு ஏறெடுங்கள், கீழே இருக்கிற பூமியையும் நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; வானம் புகையைப்போல் ஒழிந்துபோகும், பூமி ஆடையைப்போல் பழையதாகும்; அதின் குடிமக்களும் அப்படியே ஒழிந்துபோவார்கள்; என் இரட்சிப்போ என்றென்றைக்கும் இருக்கும்; என் நீதி அற்றுப்போவதில்லை.

வானத்தைப் பாருங்கள்! கீழே உள்ள பூமியில் உங்களைச் சுற்றிப் பாருங்கள் வானங்கள் மறைந்து போகும், மேகம் புகையைப் போன்றும், பூமியானது பயனற்ற பழைய ஆடைகளைப் போன்றும் ஆகும். பூமியிலுள்ள ஜனங்கள் மரித்துப்போவார்கள். ஆனால், எனது இரட்சிப்பு தொடர்ந்து என்றென்றும் இருக்கும். எனது நன்மைக்கு முடிவு இராது.
