Psalm 92 in Hindi

1 यहोवा का धन्यवाद करना भला है, हे परमप्रधान, तेरे नाम का भजन गाना;

2 प्रात:काल को तेरी करूणा, और प्रति रात तेरी सच्चाई का प्रचार करना,

3 दस तार वाले बाजे और सारंगी पर, और वीणा पर गम्भीर स्वर से गाना भला है।

4 क्योंकि, हे यहोवा, तू ने मुझ को अपने काम से आनन्दित किया है; और मैं तेरे हाथों के कामों के कारण जयजयकार करूंगा॥

5 हे यहोवा, तेरे काम क्या ही बड़े हैं! तेरी कल्पनाएं बहुत गम्भीर हैं!

6 पशु समान मनुष्य इस को नहीं समझता, और मूर्ख इसका विचार नहीं करता:

7 कि दुष्ट जो घास की नाईं फूलते- फलते हैं, और सब अनर्थकारी जो प्रफुल्लित होते हैं, यह इसलिये होता है, कि वे सर्वदा के लिये नाश हो जाएं,

8 परन्तु हे यहोवा, तू सदा विराजमान रहेगा।

9 क्योंकि हे यहोवा, तेरे शत्रु, हां तेरे शत्रु नाश होंगे; सब अनर्थकारी तितर बितर होंगे॥

10 परन्तु मेरा सींग तू ने जंगली सांढ़ का सा ऊंचा किया है; मैं टटके तेल से चुपड़ा गया हूं।

11 और मैं अपने द्रोहियों पर दृष्टि कर के, और उन कुकर्मियों का हाल मेरे विरुद्ध उठे थे, सुनकर सन्तुष्ट हुआ हूं॥

12 धर्मी लोग खजूर की नाईं फूले फलेंगे, और लबानोन के देवदार की नाईं बढ़ते रहेंगे।

13 वे यहोवा के भवन में रोपे जा कर, हमारे परमेश्वर के आंगनों में फूले फलेंगे।

14 वे पुराने होने पर भी फलते रहेंगे, और रस भरे और लहलहाते रहेंगे,

15 जिस से यह प्रगट हो, कि यहोवा सीधा है; वह मेरी चट्टान है, और उस में कुटिलता कुछ भी नहीं॥

2 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:

3 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,

4 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.

5 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

6 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.

7 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.

8 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

9 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.

10 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.

11 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.

12 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.

13 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

14 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

15 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;

16 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

ஆயியின் ராஜாவை ஒரு மரத்திலே தூக்கி, மாலைநேரம்வரைக்கும் அதிலே தொங்கவிட்டான்; சூரியன் மறைந்தபின்பு யோசுவா அவனுடைய உடலை மரத்தைவிட்டு இறக்கச் சொன்னான்; அதைப் பட்டணத்தின் வாசலில் போட்டு, இந்த நாள்வரைக்கும் இருக்கிற பெரிய கற்குவியலை அதின்மேல் குவித்தார்கள்.

ஆயீயின் அரசனை யோசுவா ஒரு மரத்தில் தூக்கிலிட்டான். மாலையில், அரசனின் உடலை அப்புறப்படுத்துமாறு தனது ஆட்களுக்குக் கூறினான். அவர்கள் நகர வாசலுக்கு வெளியே அவனது உடலை வீசி, பின் அவ்வுடலைக் கற்களால் மூடினார்கள். கற்களின் குவியலும் இன்றளவும் அங்கேயே உள்ளது.
