Psalm 129 - BBE (Hindi)

1 <A Song of the going up.> Great have been my troubles from the time when I was young (let Israel now say);इस्राएल अब यह कहे, कि मेरे बचपन से लोग मुझे बार बार क्लेश देते आए हैं,

2 Great have been my troubles from the time when I was young, but my troubles have not overcome me.मेरे बचपन से वे मुझ को बार बार क्लेश देते तो आए हैं, परन्तु मुझ पर प्रबल नहीं हुए।

3 The ploughmen were ploughing on my back; long were the wounds they made.हलवाहों ने मेरी पीठ के ऊपर हल चलाया, और लम्बी लम्बी रेखाएं कीं।

4 The Lord is true: the cords of the evil-doers are broken in two.यहोवा धर्मी है; उसने दुष्टों के फन्दों को काट डाला है।

5 Let all the haters of Zion be shamed and turned back.जितने सिय्योन से बैर रखते हैं, उन सभों की आशा टूटे, ओर उन को पीछे हटना पड़े!

6 Let them be like the grass on the house-tops, which is dry before it comes to full growth.वे छत पर की घास के समान हों, जो बढ़ने से पहिले सूख जाती है;

7 He who gets in the grain has no use for it; and they do not make bands of it for the grain-stems.जिस से कोई लवैया अपनी मुट्ठी नहीं भरता, न पूलियों का कोई बान्धने वाला अपनी अंकवार भर पाता है,

8 And those who go by do not say, The blessing of the Lord be on you; we give you blessing in the name of the Lord.और न आने जाने वाले यह कहते हैं, कि यहोवा की आशीष तुम पर होवे! हम तुम को यहोवा के नाम से आशीर्वाद देते हैं!
