Proverbs 31 - YLT (Hindi)

1 Words of Lemuel a king, a declaration that his mother taught him:लमूएल राजा के प्रभावशाली वचन, जो उसकी माता ने उसे सिखाए॥

2 `What, my son? and what, son of my womb? And what, son of my vows?हे मेरे पुत्र, हे मेरे निज पुत्र! हे मेरी मन्नतों के पुत्र!

3 Give not to women thy strength, And thy ways to wiping away of kings.अपना बल स्त्रियों को न देना, न अपना जीवन उनके वश कर देना जो राजाओं का पौरूष का जाती हैं।

4 Not for kings, O Lemuel, Not for kings, to drink wine, And for princes a desire of strong drink.हे लमूएल, राजाओं का दाखमधु पीना उन को शोभा नहीं देता, और मदिरा चाहना, रईसों को नहीं फबता;

5 Lest he drink, and forget the decree, And change the judgment of any of the sons of affliction.ऐसा न हो कि वे पी कर व्यवस्था को भूल जाएं और किसी दु:खी के हक को मारें।

6 Give strong drink to the perishing, And wine to the bitter in soul,मदिरा उस को पिलाओ जो मरने पर है, और दाखमधु उदास मन वालों को ही देना;

7 He drinketh, and forgetteth his poverty, And his misery he remembereth not again.जिस से वे पी कर अपनी दरिद्रता को भूल जाएं और अपने कठिन श्रम फिर स्मरण न करें।

8 Open thy mouth for the dumb, For the right of all sons of change.गूंगे के लिये अपना मुंह खोल, और सब अनाथों का न्याय उचित रीति से किया कर।

9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, Both the cause of the poor and needy!'अपना मुंह खोल और धर्म से न्याय कर, और दीन दरिद्रों का न्याय कर।

10 A woman of worth who doth find? Yea, far above rubies `is' her price.भली पत्नी कौन पा सकता है? क्योंकि उसका मूल्य मूंगों से भी बहुत अधिक है। उस के पति के मन में उस के प्रति विश्वास है।

11 The heart of her husband hath trusted in her, And spoil he lacketh not.और उसे लाभ की घटी नहीं होती।

12 She hath done him good, and not evil, All days of her life.वह अपने जीवन के सारे दिनों में उस से बुरा नहीं, वरन भला ही व्यवहार करती है।

13 She hath sought wool and flax, And with delight she worketh `with' her hands.वह ऊन और सन ढूंढ़ ढूंढ़ कर, अपने हाथों से प्रसन्नता के साथ काम करती है।

14 She hath been as ships of the merchant, From afar she bringeth in her bread.वह व्यापार के जहाजों की नाईं अपनी भोजन वस्तुएं दूर से मंगवाती हैं।

15 Yea, she riseth while yet night, And giveth food to her household, And a portion to her damsels.वह रात ही को उठ बैठती है, और अपने घराने को भोजन खिलाती है और अपनी लौण्डियों को अलग अलग काम देती है।

16 She hath considered a field, and taketh it, From the fruit of her hands she hath planted a vineyard.वह किसी खेत के विषय में सोच विचार करती है और उसे मोल ले लेती है; और अपने परिश्रम के फल से दाख की बारी लगाती है।

17 She hath girded with might her loins, And doth strengthen her arms.वह अपनी कटि को बल के फेंटे से कसती है, और अपनी बाहों को दृढ़ बनाती है।

18 She hath perceived when her merchandise `is' good, Her lamp is not extinguished in the night.वह परख लेती है कि मेरा व्यापार लाभदायक है। रात को उसका दिया नहीं बुझता।

19 Her hands she hath sent forth on a spindle, And her hands have held a distaff.वह अटेरन में हाथ लगाती है, और चरखा पकड़ती है।

20 Her hand she hath spread forth to the poor, Yea, her hands she sent forth to the needy.वह दीन के लिये मुट्ठी खोलती है, और दरिद्र के संभालने को हाथ बढ़ाती है।

21 She is not afraid of her household from snow, For all her household are clothed `with' scarlet.वह अपने घराने के लिये हिम से नहीं डरती, क्योंकि उसके घर के सब लोग लाल कपड़े पहिनते हैं।

22 Ornamental coverings she hath made for herself, Silk and purple `are' her clothing.वह तकिये बना लेती है; उसके वस्त्र सूक्ष्म सन और बैंजनी रंग के होते हैं।

23 Known in the gates is her husband, In his sitting with elders of the land.जब उसका पति सभा में देश के पुरनियों के संग बैठता है, तब उसका सम्मान होता है।

24 Linen garments she hath made, and selleth, And a girdle she hath given to the merchant.वह सन के वस्त्र बनाकर बेचती है; और व्योपारी को कमरबन्द देती है।

25 Strength and honour `are' her clothing, And she rejoiceth at a latter day.वह बल और प्रताप का पहिरावा पहिने रहती है, और आने वाले काल के विषय पर हंसती है।

26 Her mouth she hath opened in wisdom, And the law of kindness `is' on her tongue.वह बुद्धि की बात बोलती है, और उस के वचन कृपा की शिक्षा के अनुसार होते हैं।

27 She `is' watching the ways of her household, And bread of sloth she eateth not.वह अपने घराने के चाल चलन को ध्यान से देखती है, और अपनी रोटी बिना परिश्रम नहीं खाती।

28 Her sons have risen up, and pronounce her happy, Her husband, and he praiseth her,उसके पुत्र उठ उठकर उस को धन्य कहते हैं, उनका पति भी उठ कर उसकी ऐसी प्रशंसा करता है:

29 `Many `are' the daughters who have done worthily, Thou hast gone up above them all.'बहुत सी स्त्रियों ने अच्छे अच्छे काम तो किए हैं परन्तु तू उन सभों में श्रेष्ट है।

30 The grace `is' false, and the beauty `is' vain, A woman fearing Jehovah, she may boast herself.शोभा तो झूठी और सुन्दरता व्यर्थ है, परन्तु जो स्त्री यहोवा का भय मानती है, उसकी प्रशंसा की जाएगी।

31 Give ye to her of the fruit of her hands, And her works do praise her in the gates!उसके हाथों के परिश्रम का फल उसे दो, और उसके कार्यों से सभा में उसकी प्रशंसा होगी॥
