उस ने कहा; हे व्यवस्थापकों, तुम पर भी हाय ! तुम ऐसे बोझ जिन को उठाना कठिन है, मनुष्यों पर लादते हो परन्तु तुम आप उन बोझों को अपनी एक उंगली से भी नहीं छूते।
