Lamentations 5 - ASV (Hindi)

1 Remember, O Jehovah, what is come upon us: Behold, and see our reproach.हे यहोवा, स्मरण कर कि हम पर क्या क्या बीता है; हमारी ओर दृष्टि कर के हमारी नामधराई को देख!

2 Our inheritance is turned unto strangers, Our houses unto aliens.हमारा भाग परदेशियों का हो गया ओर हमारे घर परायों के हो गए हैं।

3 We are orphans and fatherless; Our mothers are as widows.हम अनाथ और पिताहीन हो गए; हमारी माताएं विधवा सी हो गई हैं।

4 We have drunken our water for money; Our wood is sold unto us.हम मोल ले कर पानी पीते हैं, हम को लकड़ी भी दाम से मिलती है।

5 Our pursuers are upon our necks: We are weary, and have no rest.खदेड़ने वाले हमारी गर्दन पर टूट पड़े हैं; हम थक गए हैं, हमें विश्राम नहीं मिलता।

6 We have given the hand to the Egyptians, And to the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread.हम स्वयं मिस्र के आधीन हो गए, और अश्शूर के भी, ताकि पेट भर सकें।

7 Our fathers sinned, and are not; And we have borne their iniquities.हमारे पुरखाओं ने पाप किया, ओर मर मिटे हैं; परन्तु उनके अधर्म के कामों का भार हम को उठाना पड़ा है।

8 Servants rule over us: There is none to deliver us out of their hand.हमारे ऊपर दास अधिकार रखते हैं; उनके हाथ से कोई हमें नहीं छुड़ाता।

9 We get our bread at the peril of our lives, Because of the sword of the wilderness.जंगल में की तलवार के कारण हम अपने प्राण जोखिम में डाल कर भोजनवस्तु ले आते हैं।

10 Our skin is black like an oven, Because of the burning heat of famine.भूख की झुलसाने वाली आग के कारण, हमारा चमड़ा तंदूर की नाईं काला हो गया है।

11 They ravished the women in Zion, The virgins in the cities of Judah.सिय्योन में स्त्रियां, और यहूदा के नगरों में कुमारियां भ्रष्ट की गई हैं।

12 Princes were hanged up by their hand: The faces of elders were not honored.हाकिम हाथ के बल टांगे गए हैं; और पुरनियों का कुछ भी आदर नहीं किया गया।

13 The young men bare the mill; And the children stumbled under the wood.जवानों को चक्की चलानी पड़ती है; और लड़के-बाले लकड़ी का बोझ उठाते हुए लडखड़ाते हैं।

14 The elders have ceased from the gate, The young men from their music.अब फाटक पर पुरनिये नहीं बैठते, न जवानों का गीत सुनाईं पड़ता है।

15 The joy of our heart is ceased; Our dance is turned into mourning.हमारे मन का हर्ष जाता रहा, हमारा नाचना विलाप में बदल गया है।

16 The crown is fallen from our head: Woe unto us! for we have sinned.हमारे सिर पर का मुकुट गिर पड़ा है; हम पर हाय, क्योंकि हम ने पाप किया है!

17 For this our heart is faint; For these things our eyes are dim;इस कारण हमारा हृदय निर्बल हो गया है, इन्हीं बातों से हमारी आंखें धुंधली पड़ गई हैं,

18 For the mountain of Zion, which is desolate: The foxes walk upon it.क्योंकि सिय्योन पर्वत उजाड़ पड़ा है; उस में सियार घूमते हैं।

19 Thou, O Jehovah, abidest for ever; Thy throne is from generation to generation.परन्तु हे यहोवा, तू तो सदा तक विराजमान रहेगा; तेरा राज्य पीढ़ी-पीढ़ी बना रहेगा।

20 Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, `And' forsake us so long time?तू ने क्यों हम को सदा के लिये भुला दिया है, और क्यों बहुत काल के लिये हमें छोड़ दिया है?

21 Turn thou us unto thee, O Jehovah, and we shall be turned; Renew our days as of old.हे यहोवा, हम को अपनी ओर फेर, तब हम फिर सुधर जाएंगे। प्राचीनकाल की नाईं हमारे दिन बदल कर ज्यों के त्यों कर दे!

22 But thou hast utterly rejected us; Thou art very wroth against us.क्या तू ने हमें बिल्कुल त्याग दिया है? क्या तू हम से अत्यन्त क्रोधित है?
