Joshua 13 - WEB (Hindi)

1 Now Joshua was old and well stricken in years; and Yahweh said to him, You are old and well stricken in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.यहोशू बूढ़ा और बहुत उम्र का हो गया; और यहोवा ने उस से कहा, तू बूढ़ा और बहुत उम्र का हो गया है, और बहुत देश रह गए हैं, जो इस्राएल के अधिकार में अभी तक नहीं आए।

2 This is the land that yet remains: all the regions of the Philistines, and all the Geshurites;ये देश रह गए हैं, अर्थात पलिश्तियों का सारा प्रान्त, और सारे गशूरी

3 from the Shihor, which is before Egypt, even to the border of Ekron northward, [which] is reckoned to the Canaanites; the five lords of the Philistines; the Gazites, and the Ashdodites, the Ashkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avvim,(मिस्र के आगे शीहोर से ले कर उत्तर की ओर एक्रोन के सिवाने तक जो कनानियों का भाग गिना जाता है; और पलिश्तियों के पांचों सरदार, अर्थात अज्जा, अशदोद, अशकलोन, गत, और एक्रोन के लोग), और दक्खिनी ओर अव्वी भी,

4 on the south; all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians, to Aphek, to the border of the Amorites;फिर अपेक और एमोरियों के सिवाने तक कनानियो का सारा देश और सीदोनियों का मारा नाम देश,

5 and the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrise, from Baal Gad under Mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath;फिर गवालियों का देश, और सूर्योदय की ओर हेर्मोन पर्वत के नीचे के बालगाद से ले कर हमात की घाटी तक सारा लबानोन,

6 all the inhabitants of the hill-country from Lebanon to Misrephoth Maim, even all the Sidonians; them will I drive out from before the children of Israel: only allot you it to Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded you.फिर लबानोन से ले कर मिस्रपोतमैम तक सीदोनियों के पहाड़ी देश के निवासी। इन को मैं इस्राएलियों के साम्हने से निकाल दूंगा; इतना हो कि तू मेरी आज्ञा के अनुसार चिट्ठी डाल डालकर उनका देश इस्राएल को बांट दे।

7 Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.इसलिये तू अब इस देश को नवों गोत्रों और मनश्शे के आधे गोत्र को उनका भाग होने के लिये बांट दे॥

8 With him the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of Yahweh gave them:इसके साथ रूबेनियों और गादियों को तो वह भाग मिल चुका था, जिसे मूसा ने उन्हें यरदन के पूर्व की ओर दिया था, क्योंकि यहोवा के दास मूसा ने उन्हीं को दिया था,

9 from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain of Medeba to Dibon;अर्थात अर्नोन नाम नाले के किनारे के अरोएक से ले कर, और उसी नाले के बीच के नगर को छोड़कर दीबोन तक मेदवा के पास का सारा चौरस देश;

10 and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;और अम्मोनियों के सिवाने तक हेशबोत में विराजने वाले एमोरियों के राजा सीहोन के सारे नगर;

11 and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and all Mount Hermon, and all Bashan to Salecah;और गिलाद देश, और गशूरियों और माकावासियों का सिवाना, और सारा हेर्मोन पर्वत, और सल्का तक कुल बाशान,

12 all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei (the same was left of the remnant of the Rephaim); for these did Moses strike, and drove them out.फिर आशतारोत और एद्रेई में विराजने वाले उस ओग का सारा राज्य जो रपाइयों में से अकेला बच गया था; क्योंकि इन्ही को मूसा ने मारकर उनकी प्रजा को उस देश से निकाल दिया था।

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel didn't drive out the Geshurites, nor the Maacathites: but Geshur and Maacath dwell in the midst of Israel to this day.परन्तु इस्राएलियों ने गशूरियों और माकियों को उनके देश से न निकाला; इसलिये गशूरी और माकी इस्राएलियों के मध्य में आज तक रहते हैं।

14 Only to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance; the offerings of Yahweh, the God of Israel, made by fire are his inheritance, as he spoke to him.और लेवी के गोत्रियों को उसने कोई भाग न दिया; क्योंकि इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा के वचन के अनुसार उसी के हव्य उनके लिये भाग ठहरे हैं।

15 Moses gave to the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families.मूसा ने रूबेन के गोत्र को उनके कुलों के अनुसार दिया,

16 Their border was from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain by Medeba;अर्थात अर्नोन नाम नाले के किनारे के अरोएर से ले कर और उसी नाले के बीच के नगर को छोड़कर मेदबा के पास का सारा चौरस देश;

17 Heshbon, and all its cities that are in the plain; Dibon, and Bamoth Baal, and Beth Baal Meon,फिर चौरस देश में का हेशबोन और उसके सब गांव; फिर दीबोन, बामोतबाल, बेतबाल्मोन,

18 and Jahaz, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,यहसा, कदेमोत, मेपात,

19 and Kiriathaim, and Sibmah, and Zereth-shahar in the mount of the valley,किर्यातैम, सिबमा, और तराई में के पहाड़ पर बसा हुआ सेरेथश्शहर,

20 and Beth Peor, and the slopes of Pisgah, and Beth-jeshimoth,बेंतपोर, पिसगा की सलामी और बेत्यशीमोत,

21 and all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses struck with the chiefs of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the princes of Sihon, who lived in the land.निदान चौरस देश में बसे हुए हेशबोन में विराजने वाले एमोरियों के उस राजा सीहोन के राज्य के कुल नगर जिन्हें मूसा ने मार लिया था। मूसा ने एवी, रेकेम, सूर, हूर, और रेबा नाम मिद्दान के प्रधानों को भी मार डाला था जो सीहोन के ठहराए हुए हाकिम और उसी देश के निवासी थे।

22 Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel kill with the sword among the rest of their slain.और इस्राएलियों ने उनके और मारे हुओं के साथ बोर के पुत्र भावी कहने वाले बिलाम को भी तलवार से मार डाला।

23 The border of the children of Reuben was the Jordan, and the border [of it]. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, the cities and the villages of it.और रूबेनियों का सिवाना यरदन का तीर ठहरा। रूबेनियों का भाग उनके कुलों के अनुसार नगरों और गांवों समेत यही ठहरा॥

24 Moses gave to the tribe of Gad, to the children of Gad, according to their families.फिर मूसा ने गाद के गोत्रियों को भी कुलों के अनुसार उनका निज भाग करके बांट दिया।

25 Their border was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, to Aroer that is before Rabbah;तब यह ठहरा, अर्थात याजेर आदि गिलाद के सारे नगर, और रब्बा के साम्हने के अरोएर तक अम्मोनियों का आधा देश,

26 and from Heshbon to Ramath Mizpeh, and Betonim; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;और हेशबोन से रामतमिस्पे और बतोनीम तक, और महनैम से दबीर के सिवाने तक,

27 and in the valley, Beth Haram, and Beth Nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan and the border [of it], to the uttermost part of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.और तराई में बेथारम, बेनिम्रा, सुक्कोत, और सापोन, और हेश्बोन के राजा सीहोन के राज्य के बचे हुए भाग, और किन्नेरेत नाम ताल के सिरे तक, यरदन के पूर्व की ओर का वह देश जिसका सिवाना यरदन है।

28 This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities and the villages of it.गादियों का भाग उनके कुलों के अनुसार नगरों और गांवों समेत यही ठहरा॥

29 Moses gave [inheritance] to the half-tribe of Manasseh: and it was for the half-tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.फिर मूसा ने मनश्शे के आधे गोत्रियों को भी उनका निज भाग कर दिया; वह मनश्शेइयों के आधे गोत्र का निज भाग उनके कुलों के अनुसार ठहरा।

30 Their border was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the towns of Jair, which are in Bashan, sixty cities:वह यह है, अर्थात महनैम से ले कर बाशान के राजा ओग के राज्य का सब देश, और बाशान में बसी हुई याईर की साठों बस्तियां,

31 and half Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, the cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were for the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even for the half of the children of Machir according to their families.और गिलाद का आधा भाग, और अश्तारोत, और एद्रेई, जो बाशान में ओग के राज्य के नगर थे, ये मनश्शे के पुत्र माकीर के वंश का, अर्थात माकीर के आधे वंश का निज भाग कुलों के अनुसार ठहरे॥

32 These are the inheritances which Moses distributed in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, eastward.जो भाग मूसा ने मोआब के अराबा में यरीहो के पास के यरदन के पूर्व की ओर बांट दिए वे ये ही हैं।

33 But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance: Yahweh, the God of Israel, is their inheritance, as he spoke to them.परन्तु लेवी के गोत्र को मूसा ने कोई भाग न दिया; इस्राएल का परमेश्वर यहोवा ही अपने वचन के अनुसार उनका भाग ठहरा॥
