Hosea 13 - DBY (Hindi)

1 When Ephraim spoke, there was trembling; he exalted himself in Israel: but he trespassed through Baal, and he died.जब एप्रैम बोलता था, तब लोग कांपते थे; और वह इस्राएल में बड़ा था; परन्तु जब वह बाल के कारण दोषी हो गया, तब वह मर गया।

2 And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.और अब वे लोग पाप पर पाप बढ़ाते जाते हैं, और अपनी बुद्धि से चान्दी ढालकर ऐसी मूरतें बनाईं हैं जो कारीगरों ही से बनीं। उन्हीं के विषय लोग कहते हैं, जो नरमेध करें, वे बछड़ों को चूमें!

3 Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud, and as the early dew that passeth away, as the chaff driven with the whirlwind out of the threshing-floor, and as the smoke out of the lattice.इस कारण वे भोर के मेघ, तड़के सूख जाने वाली ओस, खलिहान पर से आंधी के मारे उड़ने वाली भूसी, या चिमनी से निकलते हुए धूएं के समान होंगे॥

4 Yet I [am] Jehovah thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou hast known no God but me; and there is no saviour besides me.मिस्र देश ही से मैं यहोवा, तेरा परमेश्वर हूं; तू मुझे छोड़ किसी को परमेश्वर कर के न जानना; क्योंकि मेरे सिवा कोई तेरा उद्धारकर्ता नहीं हैं।

5 I knew thee in the wilderness, in the land of drought.मैं ने उस समय तुझ पर मन लगाया जब तू जंगल में वरन अत्यन्त सूखे देश में था।

6 According to their pasture, they became full; they became full, and their heart was exalted: therefore have they forgotten me.परन्तु जब इस्राएली चराए जाते थे और वे तृप्त हो गए, तब तृप्त होने पर उनका मन घमण्ड से भर गया; इस कारण वे मुझ को भूल गए।

7 And I will be unto them as a lion; as a leopard I will lurk for them by the way;सो मैं उनके लिये सिंह सा बना हूं; मैं चीते की नाईं उनके मार्ग में घात लगाए रहूंगा।

8 I will meet them as a bear bereaved of her [whelps], and will rend the covering of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lioness: the beast of the field shall tear them.मैं बच्चे छीनी हुई रीछनी के समान बन कर उन को मिलूंगा, और उनके हृदय की झिल्ली को फाडूंगा, और सिंह की नाईं उन को वहीं खा डालूंगा, जैसे बन-पशु उन को फाड़ डाले॥

9 It is thy destruction, O Israel, that [thou art] against me, against thy help.हे इस्राएल, तेरे विनाश का कारण यह है, कि तू मेरा अर्थात अपने सहायक का विरोधी है।

10 Where then is thy king, that he may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes? --अब तेरा राजा कहां रहा कि तेरे सब नगरों में वह तुझे बचाए? और तेरे न्यायी कहां रहे, जिनके विषय में तू ने कहा था कि मेरे लिये राजा और हाकिम ठहरा दें?

11 I gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.मैं ने क्रोध में आकर तेरे लिये राजा बनाए, और फिर जलजलाहट में आकर उन को हटा भी दिया।

12 The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up; his sin is laid by in store.एप्रैम का अधर्म गठा हुआ है, उनका पाप संचय किया हुआ है।

13 The pangs of a woman in travail shall come upon him: he is a son not wise; for at the time of the breaking forth of children, he was not there.उसको जच्चा की सी पीड़ाए उठेंगी, परन्तु वह निर्बुद्धि लड़का है जो जन्म के समय ठीक से नहीं आता।

14 I will ransom them from the power of Sheol. I will redeem them from death: where, O death, are thy plagues? where, O Sheol, is thy destruction? Repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.मैं उसको अधोलोक के वश से छुड़ा लूंगा और मृत्यु से उसको छुटकारा दूंगा। हे मृत्यु, तेरी मारने की शक्ति कहां रही? हे अधोलोक, तेरी नाश करने की शक्ति कहां रहीं? मैं फिर कभी नहीं पछताऊंगा॥

15 Though he be fruitful among [his] brethren, an east wind shall come, a wind of Jehovah [that] cometh up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.चाहे वह अपने भाइयों से अधिक फूले-फले, तौभी पुरवाई उस पर चलेगी, और यहोवा की ओर से मरूस्थल से आएगी, और उसका कुण्ड सूखेगा; और उसका सोता निर्जन हो जाएगा। उसकी रखी हुई सब मनभावनी वस्तुएं वह लूट ले जाएगा।

16 Samaria shall bear her guilt; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword; their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.सामरिया दोषी ठहरेगा, क्योंकि उसने अपने परमेश्वर से बलवा किया है; वे तलवार से मारे जाएंगे, उनके बच्चे पटके जाएंगे, और उनकी गर्भवती स्त्रियां चीर डालीं जाएंगी॥
