यशायाह 37
1 जब हिजकिय्याह राजा ने यह सुना, तब वह अपने वस्त्र फाड़ और टाट ओढ़ कर यहोवा के भवन में गया।
2 और उसने एल्याकीम को जो राजघराने के काम पर नियुक्त था और शेब्ना मन्त्री को और याजकों के पुरनियों को जो सब टाट ओढ़े हुए थे, आमोस के पुत्र यशायाह नबी के पास भेज दिया।
3 उन्होंने उस से कहा, हिजकिय्याह यों कहता है कि आज का दिन संकट और उलहने और निन्दा का दिन है, बच्चे जन्मने पर हुए पर जच्चा को जनने का बल न रहा।
4 सम्भव है कि तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने रबशाके की बातें सुनी जिसे उसके स्वामी अश्शूर के राजा ने जीवते परमेश्वर की निन्दा करने को भेजा है, और जो बातें तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने सुनी हैं उन्हें दपटे; सो तू इन बचे हुओं के लिये जो रह गए हैं, प्रार्थना कर॥
5 जब हिजकिय्याह राजा के कर्मचारी यशायाह के पास आए।
6 तब यशायाह ने उन से कहा, अपने स्वामी से कहो, यहोवा यों कहता है कि जो वचन तू ने सुने हैं जिनके द्वारा अश्शूर के राजा के जनों में मेरी निन्दा की है, उनके कारण मत डर।
7 सुन, मैं उसके मन में प्रेरणा करूंगा जिस से वह कुछ समचार सुनकर अपने देश को लौट जाए; और मैं उसको उसी देश में तलवार से मरवा डालूंगा॥
8 तब रबशाके ने लौटकर अश्शूर के राजा को लिब्ना नगर से युद्ध करते पाया; क्योंकि उसने सुना था कि वह लाकीश के पास से उठ गया है।
9 उसने कूश के राजा तिर्हाका के विषय यह सुना कि वह उस से लड़ने को निकला है। तब उसने हिजकिय्याह के पास दूतों को यह कहकर भेजा।
10 कि तुम यहूदा के राजा हिजकिय्याह से यों कहना, तेरा परमेश्वर जिस पर तू भरोसा करता है, यह कहकर तुझे धोखा न देने पाए कि यरूशलेम अश्शूर के राजा के वश में न पड़ेगा।
11 देख, तू ने सुना है कि अश्शूर के राजाओं ने सब देशों से कैसा व्यवहार किया कि उन्हें सत्यानाश ही कर दिया।
12 फिर क्या तू बच जाएगा? गोज़ान और हारान और रेसेप में रहने वाली जिन जातियों को और तलस्सार में रहने वाले एदेनी लोगों को मेरे पुरखाओं ने नाश किया, क्या उनके देवताओं ने उन्हें बचा लिया?
13 हमात का राजा, अर्पाद का राजा, सपर्वैम नगर का राजा, और हेना और इव्वा के राजा, ये सब कहां गए?
14 इस पत्री को हिजकिय्याह ने दूतों के हाथ से ले कर पढ़ा; तब उसने यहोवा के भवन में जा कर उस पत्री को यहोवा के साम्हने फैला दिया।
15 और यहोवा से यह प्रार्थना की,
16 हे सेनाओं के यहोवा, हे करूबों पर विराजमान इस्राएल के परमेश्वर, पृथ्वी के सब राज्यों के ऊपर केवल तू ही परमेश्वर है; आकाश और पृथ्वी को तू ही ने बनाया है।
17 हे यहोवा, कान लगाकर सुन; यहोवा आंख खोल कर देख; और सन्हेरीब के सब वचनों को सुन ले, जिसने जीवते परमेश्वर की निन्दा करने को लिख भेजा है।
18 हे यहोवा, सच तो है कि अश्शूर के राजाओं ने सब जातियों के देशों को उजाड़ा है
19 और उनके देवताओं को आग में झोंका है; क्योंकि वे ईश्वर न थे, वे केवल मनुष्यों की कारीगरी, काठ और पत्थर ही थे; इस कारण वे उन को नाश कर सके।
20 अब हे हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा, तू हमें उसके हाथ से बचा जिस से पृथ्वी के राज्य राज्य के लोग जान लें कि केवल तू ही यहोवा है॥
21 तब आमोस के पुत्र यशायाह ने हिजकिय्याह के पास यह कहला भेजा, इस्राएल का परमेश्वर यहोवा यों कहता है, तू ने जो अश्शूर के राजा सन्हेरीब के विषय में मुझ से प्रार्थना की है,
22 उसके विषय यहोवा ने यह वचन कहा है, सिय्योन की कुमारी कन्या तुझे तुच्छ जानती है और ठट्ठोंमें उड़ाती है; यरूशलेम की पुत्री तुझ पर सिर हिलाती है॥
23 तू ने किस की नामधराई और निन्दा की है? और तू जो बड़ा बोल बोला और घमण्ड किया है, वह किस के विरुद्ध किया है? इस्राएल के पवित्र के विरुद्ध!
24 अपने कर्मचारियों के द्वारा तू ने प्रभु की निन्दा कर के कहा है कि बहुत से रथ ले कर मैं पर्वतों की चोटियों पर वरन लबानोन के बीच तक चढ़ आया हूं; मैं उसके ऊंचे ऊंचे देवदारों और अच्छे अच्छे सनौबरों को काट डालूंगा और उसके दूर दूर के ऊंचे स्थानों में और उसके वन की फलदाई बारियों में प्रवेश करूंगा।
25 मैं ने खुदवा कर पानी पिया और मिस्र की नहरों में पांव धरते ही उन्हें सुखा दिया।
26 क्या तू ने नहीं सुना कि प्राचीनकाल से मैं ने यही ठाना और पूर्वकाल से इसकी तैयारी की थी? इसलिये अब मैं ने यह पूरा भी किया है कि तू गढ़ वाले नगरों को खण्डहर की खण्डहर कर दे।
27 इसी कारण उनके रहने वालों का बल घट गया और वे विस्मित और लज्जित हुए: वे मैदान के छोटे छोटे पेड़ों और हरी घास और छत पर की घास और ऐसे अनाज के समान हो गए जो बढ़ने से पहिले ही सूख जाता है॥
28 मैं तो तेरा बैठना, कूच करना और लौट आना जानता हूं; और यह भी कि तू मुझ पर अपना क्रोध भड़काता है।
29 इस कारण कि तू मुझ पर अपना क्रोध भड़काता और तेरे अभिमान की बातें मेरे कानों में पड़ी हैं, मैं तेरी नाक में नकेल डालकर और तेरे मुंह में अपनी लगाम लगाकर जिस मार्ग से तू आया है उसी मार्ग से तुझे लौटा दूंगा॥
30 और तेरे लिये यह चिन्ह होगा कि इस वर्ष तो तुम उसे खाओगे जो आप से आप उगे, और दूसरे वर्ष वह जो उस से उत्पन्न हो, और तीसरे वर्ष बीज बोकर उसे लवने पाओगे और दाख की बारियां लगाने और उनका फल खाने पाओगे।
31 और यहूदा के घराने के बचे हुए लोग फिर जड़ पकड़ेंगे और फूलें-फलेंगे;
32 क्योंकि यरूशलेम से बचे हुए और सिय्योन पर्वत से भागे हुए लोग निकलेंगे। सेनाओं का यहोवा अपनी जलन के कारण यह काम करेगा॥
33 इसलिये यहोवा अश्शूर के राजा कि विषय यों कहता है कि वह इस नगर में प्रवेश करने, वरन इस पर एक तीर भी मारने न पाएगा; और न वह ढाल ले कर इसके साम्हने आने वा इसके विरुद्ध दमदमा बान्धने पाएगा।
34 जिस मार्ग से वह आया है उसी से वह लौट भी जाएगा और इस नगर में प्रवेश न करने पाएगा, यहोवा की यही वाणी है।
35 क्योंकि मैं अपने निमित्त और अपने दास दाऊद के निमित्त, इस नगर की रक्षा कर के उसे बचाऊंगा॥
36 तब यहोवा के दूत ने निकलकर अश्शूरियों की छावनी में एक लाख पचासी हजार पुरूषों को मारा; और भोर को जब लोग सवेरे उठे तब क्या देखा कि लोथ ही लोथ पड़ी हैं।
37 तब अश्शूर का राजा सन्हेरीब चल दिया और लौटकर नीनवे में रहने लगा।
38 वहां वह अपने देवता निस्रोक के मन्दिर में दण्डवत कर रहा था कि इतने में उसके पुत्र अद्रम्मेलेक और शरेसेन ने उसको तलवार से मारा और अरारात देश में भाग गए। और उसका पुत्र एसर्हद्दोन उसके स्थान पर राज्य करने लगा॥
1 And it came to pass, when king Hezekiah heard it, that he rent his clothes, and covered himself with sackcloth, and went into the house of the Lord.
2 And he sent Eliakim, who was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of the priests covered with sackcloth, unto Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz.
3 And they said unto him, Thus saith Hezekiah, This day is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and of blasphemy: for the children are come to the birth, and there is not strength to bring forth.
4 It may be the Lord thy God will hear the words of Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to reproach the living God, and will reprove the words which the Lord thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer for the remnant that is left.
5 So the servants of king Hezekiah came to Isaiah.
6 And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say unto your master, Thus saith the Lord, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.
7 Behold, I will send a blast upon him, and he shall hear a rumour, and return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land.
8 So Rabshakeh returned, and found the king of Assyria warring against Libnah: for he had heard that he was departed from Lachish.
9 And he heard say concerning Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, He is come forth to make war with thee. And when he heard it, he sent messengers to Hezekiah, saying,
10 Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God, in whom thou trustest, deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.
11 Behold, thou hast heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands by destroying them utterly; and shalt thou be delivered?
12 Have the gods of the nations delivered them which my fathers have destroyed, as Gozan, and Haran, and Rezeph, and the children of Eden which were in Telassar?
13 Where is the king of Hamath, and the king of Arphad, and the king of the city of Sepharvaim, Hena, and Ivah?
14 And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up unto the house of the Lord, and spread it before the Lord.
15 And Hezekiah prayed unto the Lord, saying,
16 O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.
17 Incline thine ear, O Lord, and hear; open thine eyes, O Lord, and see: and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent to reproach the living God.
18 Of a truth, Lord, the kings of Assyria have laid waste all the nations, and their countries,
19 And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.
20 Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the Lord, even thou only.
21 Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent unto Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Whereas thou hast prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria:
22 This is the word which the Lord hath spoken concerning him; The virgin, the daughter of Zion, hath despised thee, and laughed thee to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem hath shaken her head at thee.
23 Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel.
24 By thy servants hast thou reproached the Lord, and hast said, By the multitude of my chariots am I come up to the height of the mountains, to the sides of Lebanon; and I will cut down the tall cedars thereof, and the choice fir trees thereof: and I will enter into the height of his border, and the forest of his Carmel.
25 I have digged, and drunk water; and with the sole of my feet have I dried up all the rivers of the besieged places.
26 Hast thou not heard long ago, how I have done it; and of ancient times, that I have formed it? now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defenced cities into ruinous heaps.
27 Therefore their inhabitants were of small power, they were dismayed and confounded: they were as the grass of the field, and as the green herb, as the grass on the housetops, and as corn blasted before it be grown up.
28 But I know thy abode, and thy going out, and thy coming in, and thy rage against me.
29 Because thy rage against me, and thy tumult, is come up into mine ears, therefore will I put my hook in thy nose, and my bridle in thy lips, and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest.
30 And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such as groweth of itself; and the second year that which springeth of the same: and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof.
31 And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward:
32 For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the Lord of hosts shall do this.
33 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shields, nor cast a bank against it.
34 By the way that he came, by the same shall he return, and shall not come into this city, saith the Lord.
35 For I will defend this city to save it for mine own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.
36 Then the angel of the Lord went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.
37 So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.
38 And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword; and they escaped into the land of Armenia: and Esar-haddon his son reigned in his stead.
Isaiah 49 in Tamil and English
1 हे द्वीपो, मेरी और कान लगाकर सुनो; हे दूर दूर के राज्यों के लोगों, ध्यान लगा कर मेरी सुनो! यहोवा ने मुझे गर्भ ही में से बुलाया, जब मैं माता के पेट में था, तब ही उसने मेरा नाम बताया।
Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The Lord hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name.
2 उसने मेरे मुंह को चोखी तलवार के समान बनाया और अपने हाथ की आड़ में मुझे छिपा रखा; उसने मुझ को चमकिला तीर बनाकर अपने तर्कश में गुप्त रखा।
And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me;
3 और मुझ से कहा, तू मेरा दास इस्राएल है, मैं तुझ में अपनी महिमा प्रगट करूंगा।
And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
4 तब मैं ने कहा, मैं ने तो व्यर्थ परिश्रम किया, मैं ने व्यर्थ ही अपना बल खो दिया है; तौभी निश्चय मेरा न्याय यहोवा के पास है और मेरे परिश्रम का फल मेरे परमेश्वर के हाथ में है॥
Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the Lord, and my work with my God.
5 और अब यहोवा जिसने मुझे जन्म ही से इसलिये रख कि मैं उसका दास हो कर याकूब को उसकी ओर फेर ले आऊं अर्थात इस्राएल को उसके पास इकट्ठा करूं, क्योंकि यहोवा की दृष्टि में मैं आदरयोग्य हूं और मेरा परमेश्वर मेरा बल है,
And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength.
6 उसी ने मुझ से यह भी कहा है, यह तो हलकी सी बात है कि तू याकूब के गोत्रों का उद्धार करने और इस्राएल के रक्षित लोगों को लौटा ले आने के लिये मेरा सेवक ठहरे; मैं तुझे अन्यजातियों के लिये ज्योति ठहराऊंगा कि मेरा उद्धार पृथ्वी की एक ओर से दूसरी ओर तक फैल जाए॥
And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.
7 जो मनुष्यों से तुच्छ जाना जाता, जिस से जातियों को घृणा है, और, जो अपराधियों का दास है, इस्राएल का छुड़ाने वाला और उसका पवित्र अर्थात यहावो यों कहता है, कि राजा उसे देखकर खड़े हो जाएंगे और हाकिम दण्डवत करेंगे; यह यहोवा के निमित्त होगा, जो सच्चा और इस्राएल का पवित्र है और जिसने तुझे चुन लिया है॥
Thus saith the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the Lord that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
8 यहोवा यों कहता है, अपनी प्रसन्नता के समय मैं ने तेरी सुन ली, उद्धार करने के दिन मैं ने तेरी सहायता की है; मैं तेरी रक्षा कर के तुझे लोगों के लिये एक वाचा ठहराऊंगा, ताकि देश को स्थिर करे और उजड़े हुए स्थानों को उनके अधिकारियों के हाथ में दे दे; और बंधुओं से कहे, बन्दीगृह से निकल आओ;
Thus saith the Lord, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;
9 और जो अन्धियारे में हैं उन से कहे, अपने आप को दिखलाओ! वे मार्गों के किनारे किनारे पेट भरने पाएंगे, सब मुण्डे टीलों पर भी उन को चराई मिलेगी।
That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
10 वे भूखे और प्यासे होंगे, न लूह और न घाम उन्हें लगेगा, क्योंकि, वह जो उन पर दया करता है, वही उनका अगुवा होगा, और जल के सोतों के पास उन्हें ले चलेगा।
They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.
11 और, मैं अपने सब पहाड़ों को मार्ग बना दूंगा, और मेरे राजमार्ग ऊंचे किए जाएंगे।
And I will make all my mountains a way, and my highways shall be exalted.
12 देखो, ये दूर से आएंगे, और, ये उत्तर और पच्छिम से और सीनियों के देश से आएंगे।
Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.
13 हे आकाश, जयजयकार कर, हे पृथ्वी, मगन हो; हे पहाड़ों, गला खोल कर जयजयकार करो! क्योंकि यहोवा ने अपनी प्रजा को शान्ति दी है और अपने दीन लोगों पर दया की है॥
Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.
14 परन्तु सिय्योन ने कहा, यहोवा ने मुझे त्याग दिया है, मेरा प्रभु मुझे भूल गया है।
But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.
15 क्या यह हो सकता है कि कोई माता अपने दूधपिउवे बच्चे को भूल जाए और अपने जन्माए हुए लड़के पर दया न करे? हां, वह तो भूल सकती है, परन्तु मैं तुझे नहीं भूल सकता।
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
16 देख, मैं ने तेरा चित्र हथेलियों पर खोदकर बनाया है; तेरी शहरपनाह सदैव मेरी दृष्टि के साम्हने बनी रहती है।
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
17 तेरे लड़के फुर्ती से आ रहे हैं और खण्डहर बनाने वाले और उजाड़ने वाले तेरे बीच से निकले जा रहे हैं।
Thy children shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.
18 अपनी आंखें उठा कर चारों ओर देख, वे सब के सब इकट्ठे हो कर तेरे पास आ रहे हैं। यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि मेरे जीवन की शपथ, तू निश्चय उन सभों को गहने के समान पहिल लेगी, तू दुल्हिन की नाईं अपने शरीर में उन सब को बान्ध लेगी॥
Lift up thine eyes round about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, and come to thee. As I live, saith the Lord, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them on thee, as a bride doeth.
19 तेरे जो स्थान सुनसान और उजड़े हैं, और तेरे जो देश खण्डहर ही खण्डहर हैं, उन में अब निवासी न समाएंगे, और, तुझे नष्ट करने वाले दूर हो जाएंगे।
For thy waste and thy desolate places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away.
20 तेरे पुत्र जो तुझ से ले लिए गए वे फिर तेरे कान में कहने पाएंगे कि यह स्थान हमारे लिये सकेत है, हमें और स्थान दे कि उस में रहें।
The children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place is too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell.
21 तब तू मन में कहेगी, किस ने इन को मेरे लिये जन्माया? मैं तो पुत्रहीन और बांझ हो गई थी, दासत्व में और यहां वहां मैं घूमती रही, इन को किस ने पाला? देख, मैं अकेली रह गई थी; फिर ये कहां थे?
Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?
22 प्रभु यहोवा यों कहता है, देख, मैं अपना हाथ जाति जाति के लोगों की ओर उठाऊंगा, और देश देश के लोगों के साम्हने अपना झण्डा खड़ा करूंगा; तब वे तेरे पुत्रों को अपनी गोद में लिए आएंगे, और तेरी पुत्रियों को अपने कन्धे पर चढ़ाकर तेरे पास पहुंचाएंगे।
Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
23 राजा तेरे बच्चों के निज-सेवक और उनकी रानियां दूध पिलाने के लिये तेरी धाइयां होंगी। वे अपनी नाक भूमि पर रगड़ कर तुझे दण्डवत करेंगे और तेरे पांवों की धूलि चाटेंगे। तब तू यह जान लेगी कि मैं ही यहोवा हूं; मेरी बाट जोहने वाले कभी लज्जित न होंगे॥
And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
24 क्या वीर के हाथ से शिकार छीना जा सकता है? क्या दुष्ट के बंधुए छुड़ाए जा सकते हैं?
Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?
25 तौभी यहोवा यों कहता है, हां, वीर के बंधुए उस से छीन लिए जांएगे, और बलात्कारी का शिकार उसके हाथ से छुड़ा लिया जाएगा, क्योंकि जो तुझ से लड़ते हैं उन से मैं आप मुकद्दमा लडूंगा, और तेरे लड़के-बालों का मैं उद्धार करूंगा।
But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.
26 जो तुझ पर अन्धेर करते हैं उन को मैं उन्हीं का मांस खिलाऊंगा, और, वे अपना लोहू पीकर ऐसे मत वाले होंगे जैसे नये दाखमधु से होते हैं। तब सब प्राणी जान लेंगे कि तेरा उद्धारकर्ता यहोवा और तेरा छुड़ाने वाला, याकूब का शक्तिमान मैं ही हूं॥
And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
