וַ֠יְהִי it VA-hee בְּאַחַ֨ת came beh-ah-HAHT וְשֵׁשׁ to veh-SHAYSH מֵא֜וֹת pass may-OTE שָׁנָ֗ה in sha-NA בָּֽרִאשׁוֹן֙ the ba-ree-SHONE בְּאֶחָ֣ד six beh-eh-HAHD לַחֹ֔דֶשׁ hundredth la-HOH-desh חָֽרְב֥וּ and ha-reh-VOO הַמַּ֖יִם first ha-MA-yeem מֵעַ֣ל year, may-AL הָאָ֑רֶץ in ha-AH-rets וַיָּ֤סַר the va-YA-sahr נֹ֙חַ֙ first NOH-HA אֶת month, et מִכְסֵ֣ה the meek-SAY הַתֵּבָ֔ה first ha-tay-VA וַיַּ֕רְא day va-YAHR וְהִנֵּ֥ה of veh-hee-NAY חָֽרְב֖וּ the ha-reh-VOO פְּנֵ֥י month, peh-NAY הָֽאֲדָמָֽה׃ the HA-uh-da-MA
