तब याजकों ने उन को बलि कर के, उनका लोहू वेदी पर छिड़क कर पापबलि किया, जिस से सारे इस्राएल के लिये प्रायश्चित्त किया जाए। क्योंकि राजा ने सारे इस्राएल के लिये होमबलि और पापबलि किए जाने की आज्ञा दी थी।
