तब योनातान ने पलिश्तियों की उस चौकी को जो गिबा में थी मार लिया; और इसका समाचार पलिश्तियों के कानों में पड़ा। तब शाऊल ने सारे देश में नरसिंगा फुंकवाकर यह कहला भेजा, कि इब्री लोग सुनें।
