Zephaniah 1:3
હું મનુષ્યની સાથે પશુઓનો પણ સંહાર કરીશ. આકાશના પક્ષીઓ અને સમુદ્રના માછલાં પણ નાશ પામશે. અને દુષ્ટ વસ્તુઓ જે તેમને લથડાવે છે તે પણ નાશ પામશે. અને હું માણસને ધરતીની સપાટી પરથી દૂર કરીશ, એમ યહોવા કહે છે.

| of the sea, | הַיָּ֔ם | hayyām | ha-YAHM |
| stumblingblocks the and | וְהַמַּכְשֵׁל֖וֹת | wĕhammakšēlôt | veh-ha-mahk-shay-LOTE |

| the wicked; | הָרְשָׁעִ֑ים | horšāʿîm | hore-sha-EEM |
