Titus 1:7 દેવના કાર્યની સંભાળ રાખવાનું કામ એ અધ્યક્ષનું છે. તેથી કોઈ પણ ખરાબ કાર્યનો તે ગુનેગાર હોવો ન જોઈએ. તે વ્યક્તિ એવી ન હોવી જોઈએ કે જે અભિમાની અને સ્વાર્થી હોય, અથવા તો જે વારંવાર ગુસ્સે થઈ જતી હોય. તેણે અતિશય મદ્યપાન ન કરવું જોઈએ. તે વ્યક્તિ એવી ન હોવી જોઈએ જેને ઝઘડા પસંદ હોય. અને તે વ્યક્તિ એવી તો ન હોવી જોઈએ જે કે હમેશાં લોકોને છેતરીને ધનવાન થવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરતી હોય.
