ત્યારબાદ તેઓ બકરાના કુમાંશદાર ચામડા વડે પડદાને ઢાકે, બકરાના ચામડાને ભૂરા જાંબુડિયાં રંગના કપડાથી ઢાંકે અને પવિત્રકોશને ઉપાડવાના દાંડા તેની કડીઓમાં નાખે.

પવિત્રકોશ જયાં મૂકવામાં આવ્યો, તેનાં પર પાંખો પ્રસરેલી રહે એ રીતે કરૂબ દેવદૂતોની રચના કરવામાં આવી હતી. આમ કરૂબ દેવદૂતોની પાંખોએ કોશ અને તેના છેડાઓ પર આચ્છાદન કર્યુ હતું.
