પિતરે વૃક્ષનું સ્મરણ કરીને ઈસુને કહ્યું, ‘ઉપદેશક, જો! ગઈકાલે, તે કહ્યું કે અંજીરનું વૃક્ષ મૂળમાંથી સૂકાઇ જશે. હવે તેં સૂકું અને મરેલું છે!’
