પહેલી રજા આબીબ મહિનામાં બેખમીર રોટલીના ઉત્સવની હશે. તે વખતે સાત દિવસ માંરી આજ્ઞા મુજબ તમાંરે ખમીર વગરની રોટલી ખાવી. કારણ કે, એ મહિનામાં તમે મિસરમાંથી બહાર આવ્યા હતા, અને કોઈએ માંરી પાસે ખાલી હાથે આવવું નહિ.

“એ મહિનામાં પંદરમાં દિવસથી બેખમીર રોટલીનો ઉત્સવ શરુ થાય છે. સાત દિવસ સુધી તમાંરે ખમીર વગરની રોટલી ખાવી.

તમાંરે એના પ્રસાદ સાથે બેખમીર રોટલી ખાવી. મિસરમાંથી તમે નાસી છૂટયા ત્યારે જે રોટલી ખાધી હતી તેની સ્મૃતિમાં તમે સાત દિવસ સુધી બેખમીર રોટલી ખાઓ. કારણ કે, તમાંરે મિસરમાંથી બહુ ઉતાવળમાં નીકળવું પડયું હતું અને આ રીતે તમે મિસરમાંથી જે રીતે જે દિવસે બહાર આવ્યા તેની સ્મૃતિ જીવનભર તાજી રાખશો.
