તો તમાંરે તમાંરા યહોવા દેવ જે વ્યકિતને પસંદ કરે તેને જ તમાંરે રાજા તરીકે નિયુકત કરવો. પરંતુ તે ઇસ્રાએલી હોવો જોઈએ, વિદેશી નહિ.
