રાજા રહાબઆમે વેઠ મજૂરોનું ખાતુ સંભાળતા અદોરામને ઇસ્રાએલીઓ પાસે મોકલ્યો, પણ તેઓએ તેને પથ્થરો માંરીને માંરી નાંખ્યો, આથી રાજા રહાબઆમને રથમાં બેસી યરૂશાલેમ ભાગી જવું પડયું.
