Psalm 55:23
હે દેવ, તમે મારા શત્રુઓને વિનાશની ખાઇમાં ધકેલી દો છો. ખૂની-કપટી પોતાનું અડધું આયુષ્ય પણ નથી ભોગવી શકતાં. પરંતુ મારા રક્ષણ માટે તો હું તમારા પર ભરોસો રાખીશ.

| shall not | לֹא | lōʾ | loh |
| live out half | יֶחֱצ֣וּ | yeḥĕṣû | yeh-hay-TSOO |
| days; their | יְמֵיהֶ֑ם | yĕmêhem | yeh-may-HEM |
| but I | וַ֝אֲנִ֗י | waʾănî | VA-uh-NEE |
