Proverbs 8 - YLT (Gujarati)

1 Doth not wisdom call? And understanding give forth her voice?જ્ઞાન બોલાવે છે અને સમજણ મોટેથી બૂમો પાડે છે.

2 At the head of high places by the way, Between the paths she hath stood,ડુંગરની ટોચે, રસ્તે ઘાટે, ચોરેચૌટે

3 At the side of the gates, at the mouth of the city, The entrance of the openings, she crieth aloud,અને શહેરમાં પ્રવેશવાના દરવાજા આગળ ઊભાં ઊભાં તે મોટે સાદે કહે છે:

4 `Unto you, O men, I call, And my voice `is' unto the sons of men.હે માણસો, હું તમને પોકાર કરીને કહું છું; હું પ્રત્યેક માણસને સાદ પાડું છું.

5 Understand, ye simple ones, prudence, And ye fools, understand the heart,હે અજ્ઞાની લોકો, શાણપણ શીખો, અને હે મૂર્ખાઓ તમે સમજણ હોવાનું શીખો.

6 Hearken, for noble things I speak, And the opening of my lips `is' uprightness.સાંભળો, હું તમને ઉત્તમ વાતો કહેવાનો છું. અને જે સાચું છે તે જ હું તમને શીખવીશ.

7 For truth doth my mouth utter, And an abomination to my lips `is' wickedness.હું સાચું જ બોલીશ, જૂઠાને હું ધિક્કારું છું.

8 In righteousness `are' all the sayings of my mouth, Nothing in them is froward and perverse.મારા મુખના સઘળા શબ્દો પ્રામાણિક છે, હું તમને જૂઠ્ઠું કે ગેર માગેર્ દોરનારું નહિ બોલું.

9 All of them `are' plain to the intelligent, And upright to those finding knowledge.સમજુ માણસો માટે મારા શબ્દો સ્પષ્ટ છે. અને જ્ઞાનીઓને માટે તે યથાયોગ્ય છે.

10 Receive my instruction, and not silver, And knowledge rather than choice gold.રૂપાને બદલે મારી સલાહ લો અને ઉત્તમ સોનાને બદલે જ્ઞાન પ્રાપ્ત કરો.

11 For better `is' wisdom than rubies, Yea, all delights are not comparable with it.કારણ કે જ્ઞાન રત્નો કરતા વધારે મૂલ્યાવાન છે. એની તોલે મોંઘામાં મોંઘી વસ્તુ પણ ન આવે.

12 I, wisdom, have dwelt with prudence, And a knowledge of devices I find out.“હું જ્ઞાન છું, વિવેકબુદ્ધિ મારી સાથે રહે છે, અને હું જ્ઞાન અને ચતુરાઇ ધરાવું છું.

13 The fear of Jehovah `is' to hate evil; Pride, and arrogance, and an evil way, And a froward mouth, I have hated.યહોવાનો ભય એટલે પાપને ધિક્કારવું, અભિમાન, ઉદ્ધતાઇ, કુમાર્ગ, અને વાંકાબોલાપણાને હું ધિક્કારું છું.

14 Mine `is' counsel and substance, I `am' understanding, I have might.મારી પાસે સારી સલાહ અને જ્ઞાન છે. મારી પાસે ઊંડી સમજ અને શકિત છે.

15 By me kings reign, and princes decree righteousness,મારે લીધે જ રાજાઓ રાજ્ય કરે છે અને રાજકર્તાઓ ન્યાય તોલે છે.

16 By me do chiefs rule, and nobles, All judges of the earth.મારે લીધે રાજકુમારો શાસન કરે છે અને ઊમદા લોકો સાચો ચુકાદો આપે છે.

17 I love those loving me, And those seeking me earnestly do find me.મારા પર પ્રેમ રાખનારાઓ પર હું પ્રેમ રાખું છું. અને જે ઓ મને ઉત્સુકતાથી શોધે છે તે મને પામે છે.

18 Wealth and honour `are' with me, Lasting substance and righteousness.ધન અને સન્માન મારા હાથમાં છે. મારી પાસે ટકાઉ સંપત્તિ અને સદાચાર છે.

19 Better `is' my fruit than gold, even fine gold, And mine increase than choice silver.મારા ફળ સોના કરતાં ચડિયાતા છે. અને મારી પેદાશ ઊંચી જાતની ચાંદી કરતાં શ્રેષ્ટ છે.

20 In a path of righteousness I cause to walk, In midst of paths of judgment,હું સદાચારને માગેર્ ચાલું છું, મારો રસ્તો ન્યાયનો છે.

21 To cause my lovers to inherit substance, Yea, their treasures I fill.મારા પર પ્રેમ રાખનારને હું સમૃદ્ધિ આપું છું અને તેમના ભંડારો ભરપૂર કરું છું.

22 Jehovah possessed me -- the beginning of His way, Before His works since then.યહોવાએ સૃષ્ટિક્રમનાં આરંભમાં, લાંબા સમય અગાઉ મારું સર્જન કર્યુ.

23 From the age I was anointed, from the first, From former states of the earth.લાંબા સમય અગાઉ, પૃથ્વીનું સર્જન થયા પહેલાઁ મારું સ્થાપન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

24 In there being no depths, I was brought forth, In there being no fountains heavy `with' waters,જ્યારે કોઇ સાગરો નહોતા, જ્યારે પાણીથી ભરેલા ઝરણાઓ નહોતા ત્યારે મારો જન્મ થયો હતો.

25 Before mountains were sunk, Before heights, I was brought forth.પર્વતોના પાયા નંખાયા તે પહેલાં, ડુંગરો થયા તેના પણ પહેલાં મારો જન્મ થયો હતો.

26 While He had not made the earth, and out-places, And the top of the dusts of the world.હજી યહોવાએ પૃથ્વી ર્સજી નહોતી કે ખેતરો પણ ર્સજ્યા નહોતાં. અરે! ધૂળની કણી પણ ર્સજી નહોતી ત્યારે મારું અસ્તિત્વ હતું.

27 In His preparing the heavens I `am' there, In His decreeing a circle on the face of the deep,જ્યારે તેણે આકાશને એને સ્થાને સ્થાપ્યું, અને સાગર ઉપર ક્ષિતિજને ગોઠવી હતી ત્યારે મારું અસ્તિત્વ હતું.

28 In His strengthening clouds above, In His making strong fountains of the deep,જ્યારે તેણે અંતરિક્ષને સ્થિર કર્યુ; અને ઝરણાંને સમુદ્ર નીચે વહાવ્યાં.

29 In His setting for the sea its limit, And the waters transgress not His command, In His decreeing the foundations of earth,જ્યારે તેણે સાગરની હદ નક્કી કરી અને તેનું ઉલ્લંધન કરવાની તેણે મના ફરમાવી. અને જ્યારે તેણે પૃથ્વીના પાયા નાખ્યા.

30 Then I am near Him, a workman, And I am a delight -- day by day. Rejoicing before Him at all times,ત્યારે કુશળ કારીગર તરીકે હું તેની સાથે હતી; અને હું દિનપ્રતિદિન તેને આનંદ આપતી હતી; અને આખો વખત હું તેની સામે નૃત્ય કરતી હતી.

31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of His earth, And my delights `are' with the sons of men.તેની વસતિવાળી પૃથ્વી પર મને મજા આવતી હતી. અને માણસોની સંગતમાં મને આનંદ આવતો હતો.

32 And now, ye sons, hearken to me, Yea, happy are they who keep my ways.માટે હે મારા દીકરાઓ, મારું સાંભળો; કારણ કે જેઓ મારા માગેર્ ચાલે છે તેઓ સુખ પામે છે.

33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and slight not.મારો ઉપદેશ સાંભળીને જ્ઞાની થાઓ, અને સુધારણાની ઉપેક્ષા કરશો નહિ.

34 O the happiness of the man hearkening to me, To watch at my doors day by day, To watch at the door-posts of my entrance.તે વ્યકિત આશીર્વાદિત છે, જે મારું સાંભળે છે અને હંમેશા મારા દરવાજે, તથા મારા પ્રવેશદ્વાર આગળ મારી રાહ જુએ છે.

35 For whoso is finding me, hath found life, And bringeth out good-will from Jehovah.કારણ કે જે મને પામ્યો છે તે જીવન પામ્યો છે અને યહોવાની કૃપા પામ્યો છે.

36 And whoso is missing me, is wronging his soul, All hating me have loved death!પણ જે મારી સામે પાપ કરે છે, તે પોતાનેે, નુકશાન પહોંચાડે છે; જેઓ મને ધિક્કારે છે, તેઓ મૃત્યુ સાથે પ્રેમ કરે છે.”
