તારા સરદારો તીડ જેવા છે અને શાસન અધિકારીઓ તીડના ટોળા જેવા છે, તેઓ ઠંડીના દિવસોમાં વાડો પર આરામ કરે છે. સૂરજ ઊગતાં જ તેઓ ઊડી જાય છે. ક્યાં ગયા તેની કોઇને ખબર પડતી નથી.
