અથવા ગુસ્સે થઈને મુક્કા માંરી બીજી વ્યક્તિને માંરી નાખે તો તે ખૂની છે. મોતનો બદલો લેનાર વ્યક્તિ જ્યારે તે ખૂનીને મળે ત્યારે તેને માંરી નાખે.
