એ પછી મૂસા બીજા ઘેટાને એટલે કે યાજકના દીક્ષાવિધિ માંટેના ઘેટાને આગળ લાવ્યો; હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોએ તેના માંથા પર હાથ મૂકયા.

ખ્રિસ્ત નિષ્પાપી હતો, માટે જેણે પાપ જાણ્યું નહોતું તેને તેણે આપણે માટે પાપરૂપ કર્યો. દેવે આમ અમારાં માટે કર્યુ કે જેથી અમે ખ્રિસ્તમાં દેવ સાથે સત્યનિષ્ઠ બની શકીએ.

દેવ એક જ છે જે આપણને ખ્રિસ્ત ઈસુના અંશરૂપ બનાવે છે. દેવ તરફથી ખ્રિસ્ત આપણું શાણપણ બન્યો છે. ખ્રિસ્તના કારણે આપણે દેવે પ્રત્યે ન્યાયી છીએ. ખ્રિસ્તના કારણે પાપમાંથી મુક્તિ મળી છે. ખ્રિસ્તના કારણે જ આપણે પવિત્ર છીએ.
યોહાન 17:19
હું મારી જાતને સેવા માટે તૈયાર કરું છું. હું તેઓના માટે આ કરું છું. જેથી કરીને તેઓ ખરેખર તારી સેવા માટે તૈયાર થઈ શકે.”

અર્પણના પછી મૂસાએ પશુની છાતી લીધી અને યહોવાની સામે આરતી કરી, આ રીતે યાજકના દીક્ષાવિધિના અર્પણમાંથી તેનો ભાગ મૂસાને મળ્યો હતો. આ બધું યહોવાએ મૂસાને જે આજ્ઞા કરી હતી તે મૂજબ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
