“કોઈ એક જ વ્યકિતની સાક્ષીને આધારે કોઈને દોષિત ન ઠરાવી શકાય. ગુનેગાર સાબિત કરવા માંટે બે કે ત્રણ સાક્ષીઓની જુબાની આવશ્યક છે.

મંડળીના વડીલ પર આક્ષેપ મૂકનાર વ્યક્તિની વાત સાંભળતો નહિ. એ વડીલે કંઈક ખોટું કર્યુ છે એવું કહેનાર બીજા બે-ત્રણ માણસો નીકળે તો જ પેલા માણસની વાત સાંભળવી.
