તે ત્રીસ વીરો કરતાં પણ વધારે વિખ્યાત હતો, પણ તે ત્રણ વીરોમાંનો એક નહોતો. દાઉદે તેને પોતાના અંગરક્ષકોનો મુખ્ય અધિકારી બનાવ્યો હતો.
