Lamentations 3 - YLT (Gujarati)

1 I `am' the man `who' hath seen affliction By the rod of His wrath.હું એક એવો માણસ છું જેણે યહોવાના રોષના દંડાનો માર અનુભવ્યો છે.

2 Me He hath led, and causeth to go `in' darkness, and without light.હું એ માણસ જેવો છું જેને અંધારા રસ્તા પર દીવા વગર ચાલવા માટે ફરજ પડાઇ છે.

3 Surely against me He turneth back, He turneth His hand all the day.ફકત મારી વિરૂદ્ધ જ તે ફરી ફરીને આખો વખત પોતાનો હાથ ધૂમાવ્યા કરે છે.

4 He hath worn out my flesh and my skin. He hath broken my bones.તેણે મારી ચરબી અને ચામડીને નુકશાન પહોંચાડ્યું છે. તેણે મારા હાડકાં ભાંગી નાખ્યા છે.

5 He hath built up against me, And setteth round poverty and weariness.દુ:ખ અને સંતાપની કોટડીમાં પૂરી તેણે મને કેવો રૂંધી નાખ્યો છે!

6 In dark places He hath caused me to dwell, As the dead of old.મરી ગયેલા માણસની જેમ. તેણે મને કયારનોય અંધકારમાં પૂરી રાખ્યો છે.

7 He hath hedged me about, and I go not out, He hath made heavy my fetter.હું ક્યાંય છટકી ન જઇ શકું; તેથી તેણે મારી આસપાસ કોટ ચણી લીધો છે. અને તેણે ભારે સાંકળોથી મને પકડી લીધો છે.

8 Also when I call and cry out, He hath shut out my prayer.જ્યારે હું પોકાર કરીને સહાય માંગુ છું, ત્યારે મારી તે પ્રાર્થના પાછી વાળે છે.

9 He hath hedged my ways with hewn work, My paths He hath made crooked.તેણે ઘડેલા પથ્થરોથી મારા માગોર્ને બંધ કર્યા છે અને તેણે તેને વાંકાચૂંકા ભૂલભૂલા મણીભર્યા કર્યા છે.

10 A bear lying in wait He `is' to me, A lion in secret hiding-places.તે રીંછની જેમ મારી વાટ જોતો પડ્યો રહે છે, સિંહની જેમ મને પકડવા સંતાઇ રહે છે.

11 My ways He is turning aside, and He pulleth me in pieces, He hath made me a desolation.મેં લીધેલા માર્ગથી તેણે મને બહાર ખેંચી કાઢયો છે. તેણે મારા ટૂકડે-ટૂકડા કરીને મને ત્યાં પડ્યો રહેવા દીધો છે.

12 He hath trodden His bow, And setteth me up as a mark for an arrow.તેણે ધનુષ્ય પર બાણ ચઢાવ્યું છે અને તેને મારી સામે તાક્યું છે.

13 He hath caused to enter into my reins The sons of His quiver.તેણે પોતાના જ ભાથાનાં બાણોથી. મારા મર્મસ્થાનો, ભેદી નાખ્યાં છે.

14 I have been a derision to all my people, Their song all the day.હું મારા લોકો સમક્ષ હાંસીપાત્ર થયો છું; અને તેઓ આખો દિવસ મને ચીડવતા ગીતો ગાય છે.

15 He hath filled me with bitter things, He hath filled me `with' wormwood.તેણે મારા જીવનને કડવાશથી ભરી દીધુ છે. તેણે મને કટુઝેરથી ભરી દીધો છે.

16 And He breaketh with gravel my teeth, He hath covered me with ashes.વળી તેણે મારા દાંત કાંકરાથી ભાંગી નાખ્યા છે, તેણે મને રાખમાં રગદોળી દીધો છે.

17 And Thou castest off from peace my soul, I have forgotten prosperity.મારા હૃદયની શાંતિ હરાઇ ગઇ છે, સુંદર જીવન હોવું એ શુ છે તે હું ભૂલી ગયો છું.

18 And I say, Perished hath my strength and my hope from Jehovah.હું કહું છુ કે, મારી શકિત ખૂટી ગઇ છે અને યહોવા તરફની મારી આશા નષ્ટ થઇ છે.

19 Remember my affliction and my mourning, Wormwood and gall!યાદ કર કે, હું તો માત્ર ગરીબ શરણાથીર્ છું, અને હું દિવસે દિવસે કડવા અનુભવમાંથી પસાર થાઉં છું.

20 Remember well, and bow down doth my soul in me.નિરંતર મારું ચિત્ત તેનો જ વિચાર કર્યા કરે છે; અને હું નાહિમ્મત થઇ જાઉં છું.

21 This I turn to my heart -- therefore I hope.એ હું મનમાં લાવું છું અને તેથી જ હું આશા રાખું છું.

22 The kindnesses of Jehovah! For we have not been consumed, For not ended have His mercies.યહોવાની કરૂણા, ખૂટી પરવારી નથી તેમ જ તેની દયાનો પણ અંત આવ્યો નથી.

23 New every morning, abundant `is' thy faithfulness.દરરોજ સવારે તારી કૃપાઓ નવેસરથી મને મળે છે, માણસ તારી પર હંમેશા નિર્ભર રહી શકે.

24 My portion `is' Jehovah, hath my soul said, Therefore I hope for Him.મેં કહ્યું, “મારી પાસે જે કંઇ છે તે યહોવા છે. તેથી હું તેનામાં મારી આશા મૂકું છું.

25 Good `is' Jehovah to those waiting for Him, To the soul `that' seeketh Him.જે તેનામાં વિશ્વાસ રાખે છે અને જેઓ તેની વાટ જોવાનું ચાલુ રાખે છે. તેમના માટે યહોવા સારો છે.

26 Good! when one doth stay and stand still For the salvation of Jehovah.ચૂપ રહેવું અને યહોવા તમને બચાવે તેની રાહ જોવી તે સારું છે.

27 Good for a man that he beareth a yoke in his youth.હજુ યુવાન હોય તે દરમ્યાન તે વ્યકિત દુ:ખની ઝૂંસરી ઉપાડે એમાંજ એનું કલ્યાણ છે.

28 He sitteth alone, and is silent, For He hath laid `it' upon him.જ્યારે યહોવા તેના પર ઝૂંસરી મૂકે છે, તેથી તેણે એકલા શાંત બેસવું જોઇએ.

29 He putteth in the dust his mouth, if so be there is hope.ભલે તે તેનો ચહેરો ધૂળમાં ઘાલે, ત્યાં હજી પણ કદાચ આશા હશે.

30 He giveth to his smiter the cheek, He is filled with reproach.જે તેને મારે છે તેના ભણી પોતાનો ગાલ ધરે; અને બધા અપમાન વેઠી લો.

31 For the Lord doth not cast off to the age.યહોવા આપણને કદી પણ નકારશે નહિ.

32 For though He afflicted, yet He hath pitied, According to the abundance of His kindness.કારણ, તે સજા કરે છે અને દુ:ખ દે છે; છતાં તે કરૂણાસાગર હોઇ દયા રાખે છે.

33 For He hath not afflicted with His heart, Nor doth He grieve the sons of men.તે રાજીખુશીથી કોઇને પણ દુ:ખ દેતો નથી, અને તેમને દુ:ખ આપીને તે ખુશ થતો નથી.

34 To bruise under one's feet any bound ones of earth,જ્યારે પણ પૃથ્વી પરના કેદીને સિતમગાર દ્વારા કચડી નાંખવામાં આવે છે ત્યારે,

35 To turn aside the judgment of a man, Over-against the face of the Most High,જ્યારે પણ કોઇનો હક્ક પડાવી લેવામાં આવે છે, ‘પરમ ઉચ્ચની હાજરીમાં ત્યારે’.

36 To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord hath not approved.જ્યારે પણ ન્યાય થતો નથી, યહોવાને તે મંજૂર નથી.

37 Who `is' this -- he hath said, and it is, `And' the Lord hath not commanded `it'?યહોવાની આજ્ઞા વિના કોનું ધાર્યું થાય છે?

38 From the mouth of the Most High Go not forth the evils and the good.પરાત્પર દેવની આજ્ઞાથી જ સુખ અને દુ:ખ બન્ને ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે.

39 What -- sigh habitually doth a living man, A man for his sin?પાપની સજા સામે કોઇ માણસે શા માટે ફરિયાદ કરવી જોઇએ?

40 We search our ways, and investigate, And turn back unto Jehovah.આપણી રીતભાત તપાસીએ અને કસોટી કરીએ અને આપણે યહોવા તરફ પાછા ફરીએ.

41 We lift up our heart on the hands unto God in the heavens.આપણે બે હાથ જોડીને સાચા હૃદયથી. સ્વર્ગમાં વસતા દેવને પ્રાર્થના કરીએ.

42 We -- we have transgressed and rebelled, Thou -- Thou hast not forgiven.અમે બળવો કરીને અપરાધ કર્યો છે; અને તમે અમને માફ કર્યા નથી.

43 Thou hast covered Thyself with anger, And dost pursue us; Thou hast slain -- Thou hast not pitied.રોષે ભરાઇને તમે અમારો પીછો કર્યો છે અને નિર્દયી રીતે અમારો વધ કર્યો છે.

44 Thou hast covered Thyself with a cloud, So that prayer doth not pass through.તમે રોષના વાદળ પાછળ છુપાઇ ગયા છો; જેથી અમારી પ્રાર્થના તમને ભેદીને પહોંચી શકે નહિ.

45 Offscouring and refuse Thou dost make us In the midst of the peoples.તમે અમને પ્રજાઓની વચમાં. કચરા અને ઉકરડા જેવા બનાવી મૂક્યા છે.

46 Opened against us their mouth have all our enemies.અમારી વિરુદ્ધ મુખ ઉઘાડીને અમારા સર્વ શત્રુઓએ અમારી હાંસી કરી છે.

47 Fear and a snare hath been for us, Desolation and destruction.અમે ભયભીત થયા છીએ, જાણે અમે ખાડામાં પડી ગયા હોઇએ એવું લાગે છે. અમે એકલા છીએ અને ભાંગી પડ્યા છીએ.

48 Rivulets of water go down my eye, For the destruction of the daughter of my people.મારા લોકોનો વિનાશ જોઇને મારી આંખોમાંથી આંસુની નદીઓ વહે છે.

49 Mine eye is poured out, And doth not cease without intermission,યહોવા આકાશમાંથી દ્રષ્ટિ કરીને જુએ ત્યાં સુધી.

50 Till Jehovah looketh and seeth from the heavens,નિરંતર મારી આંખમાંથી આંસુઓ વહે છે.

51 My eye affecteth my soul, Because of all the daughters of my city.મારી નગરીની સર્વ કુમારીકાઓની દશા જોઇને મારી આંખો સૂજી ગઇ છે.

52 Hunted me sore as a bird have my enemies without cause.તેઓ કારણ વિના મારા શત્રુ થયા છે અને તેમણે પંખીની જેમ મારો શિકાર કર્યો છે.

53 They have cut off in a pit my life, And they cast a stone against me.તેઓએ મને જીવતો ખાડામાં નાખ્યો છે અને તેમણે મારા પર પથ્થર ઢાંક્યો છે.

54 Flowed have waters over my head, I have said, I have been cut off.મારા માથા પર પાણી ફરી વળ્યાં અને હું બોલી ઉઠયો કે “હું મરી ગયો છુું.”

55 I called Thy name, O Jehovah, from the lower pit.હે યહોવા, કારાગૃહના નીચલા ભોંયરામાંથી. મેં તમારા નામનો પોકાર કર્યો.

56 My voice Thou hast heard, Hide not Thine ear at my breathing -- at my cry.હું મદદ માટે ઘા નાખું છું અને મારી અરજ સાંભળીને તમે તમારો કાન બંધ ન કરશો.

57 Thou hast drawn near in the day I call Thee, Thou hast said, Fear not.તમે ચોક્કસ મારી હાંક સાંભળીને આવ્યા, અને કહ્યું પણ ખરુ કે,”ડરીશ નહિ.”

58 Thou hast pleaded, O Lord, the pleadings of my soul, Thou hast redeemed my life.હે યહોવા! તમે અમારો બચાવ કર્યો છે અને મારું જીવન બચાવ્યું છે.

59 Thou hast seen, O Jehovah, my overthrow, Judge Thou my cause.હે યહોવા, તમે મને થયેલા અન્યાય જોયા છે. તમે મારો ન્યાય કરો.

60 Thou hast seen all their vengeance, All their thoughts of me.મારા પ્રત્યેની તેમની વેરવૃત્તિ, અને મારી વિરુદ્ધના સર્વ કાવાદાવા તમે જોયા છે.

61 Thou hast heard their reproach, O Jehovah, All their thoughts against me,હે યહોવા, તેઓએ કરેલી મારી નિંદા તથા તેઓએ મારી વિરૂદ્ધ કરેલા સર્વ કાવતરા તેં સાંભળ્યાં છે.

62 The lips of my withstanders, Even their meditation against me all the day.મારા વિરોધીઓ આખો દિવસ બખાળા કાઢે છે. તમે તેમના કાવાદાવા જાણો છો.

63 Their sitting down, and their rising up, Behold attentively, I `am' their song.પછી ભલે તેઓ બેઠા હોય કે ઉભા હોય, હું તો તેમની ઠઠ્ઠા મશ્કરીનું ધ્યેય બની ગયો છુ.

64 Thou returnest to them the deed, O Jehovah, According to the work of their hands.હે યહોવા, તમે તેમના હાથની કરણી પ્રમાણે તેઓને, બદલો આપજો.

65 Thou givest to them a covered heart, Thy curse to them.તમે તેઓની બુદ્ધિ જડ બનાવી દેજો અને તેમના પર શાપ વરસાવજો.

66 Thou pursuest in anger, and destroyest them, From under the heavens of Jehovah!ક્રોધે ભરાઇને પીછો પકડીને તમે તેમનો નાશ કરજો અને હે યહોવા! તમે તેમનો પૃથ્વી પરથી સંહાર કરજો.
