જેમ ઝરો પાણીથી ઊભરાય છે તેમ એ દુષ્ટતાથી ઊભરાય છે. નગરમાં મારઝૂડ અને લૂંટફાટ સિવાય કશું જ સંભળાતું નથી, માંદગી અને ધા સિવાય કશું જોવા મળતું નથી.
