Jeremiah 4:7
“સિંહ” પોતાની ઝાડીમાંથી ચઢી આવ્યો છે; તે તો પ્રજાઓનો વિનાશક છે; તારા દેશને ઉજ્જડ કરવા માટે તે પોતાના રહેઠાણમાંથી બહાર નીકળ્યો છે; તારાં નગરો એવાં ઉજ્જડ થશે કે, તેઓમાં કોઇ રહેવાસી જોવામાં આવશે નહિ,

| from his place | מִמְּקֹמ֑וֹ | mimmĕqōmô | mee-meh-koh-MOH |
| make to | לָשׂ֤וּם | lāśûm | la-SOOM |
| thy land | אַרְצֵךְ֙ | ʾarṣēk | ar-tsake |
| desolate; | לְשַׁמָּ֔ה | lĕšammâ | leh-sha-MA |
| cities thy and | עָרַ֥יִךְ | ʿārayik | ah-RA-yeek |
| shall be laid waste, | תִּצֶּ֖ינָה | tiṣṣênâ | tee-TSAY-na |
| without | מֵאֵ֥ין | mēʾên | may-ANE |
