Isaiah 49 - YLT (Gujarati)

1 Hearken, O isles, unto me, And attend, O peoples, from afar, Jehovah from the womb hath called me, From the bowels of my mother He hath made mention of my name.હે દૂર દેશાવરના લોકો, ધ્યાન દઇને સાંભળો! હું જન્મ્યો તે પહેલાથી યહોવાએ મને બોલાવ્યો હતો, જ્યારે હું મારી માતાના ગર્ભમાં હતો ત્યારે જ તેણે મને નામ આપ્યું હતું.

2 And he maketh my mouth as a sharp sword, In the shadow of His hand He hath hid me, And He maketh me for a clear arrow, In His quiver He hath hid me.તેમણે મારી વાણીને મર્મભેદી તરવાર બનાવી, અને મને પોતાના હાથની છાયામાં છુપાવી દીધો. તેણે મને તીક્ષ્ણ બાણ બનાવી અને ભાથામાં સંતાડી દીધો.

3 And He saith to me, `My servant Thou art, O Israel, In whom I beautify Myself.'તેમણે મને કહ્યું, “તું, ઇસ્રાએલ, મારો સેવક છે, તું મારો મહિમા વધારનાર છે.”

4 And I said, `For a vain thing I laboured, For emptiness and vanity my power I consumed, But my judgment `is' with Jehovah, And my wage with my God.પરંતુ હું તો એમ વિચારતો હતો કે, “મારી મહેનત પાણીમાં ગઇ. મેં મારી શકિત નકામી, વ્યર્થ વાપરી. તેમ છતાં, મને ખાતરી છે કે, યહોવા મને ન્યાય આપશે અને તે મને બદલો આપશે.”

5 And now, said Jehovah, who is forming me from the belly for a servant to Him, To bring back Jacob unto Him, (Though Israel is not gathered, Yet I am honoured in the eyes of Jehovah, And my God hath been my strength.)“હું માતાના ગર્ભમાં હતો ત્યારથી યહોવાએ મને પોતાનો સેવક નીમ્યો હતો, જેથી હું યાકૂબના વંશજોને, ઇસ્રાએલના લોકોને, પાછા એને ચરણે લાવું. તેણે મારો મહિમા કર્યો અને મને બળ આપ્યું.” આ યહોવા કહે છે:

6 And He saith, `It hath been a light thing That thou art to Me for a servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob, And the preserved of Israel to bring back, And I have given thee for a light of nations, To be My salvation unto the end of the earth.'“ઇસ્રાએલને મારા માટે પુન:સ્થાપિત કરવા ઉપરાંત તું વધારે કામ કરીશ, પૃથ્વીની સર્વ પ્રજાઓમાં તારણ પહોંચાડવા હું તને તેઓ માટેનો પ્રકાશ બનાવીશ.”

7 Thus said Jehovah, Redeemer of Israel, His Holy One, To the despised in soul, To the abominated of a nation, To the servant of rulers: `Kings see, and have risen, princes, and worship, For the sake of Jehovah, who is faithful, The Holy of Israel, and He chooseth thee.'જેને લોકો ધૃણાની નજરે જુએ છે, જેનો તિરસ્કાર સર્વ પ્રજાઓ કરે છે, જે અન્યાયી શાસકોનો ગુલામ છે, તેને ઇસ્રાએલનો ઉદ્ધારક પવિત્ર દેવ કહે છે, “તને જોઇને રાજામહારાજાઓ માનપૂર્વક ઊભા થઇ જશે, અને સરદારો પગે પડશે,” એકવચની, અને તને પસંદ કરનારા ઇસ્રાએલના પવિત્ર દેવને પ્રતાપે આ થશે.

8 Thus said Jehovah: `In a time of good pleasure I answered thee, And in a day of salvation I helped thee, And I keep thee, and give thee, For a covenant of the people, To establish the earth, To cause to inherit desolate inheritances.યહોવા કહે છે, “તમારો બચાવ કરવાનો સમય આવશે ત્યારે હું તમારા પ્રત્યે ભલાઇ દેખાડીશ અને તમારા સહાય માટેના પોકારો હું સાંભળીશ, હું તમારું રક્ષણ કરીશ અને સર્વ લોકો સાથેના મારા કરારના મધ્યસ્થ તમને બનાવીશ, ઉજ્જડ થયેલી જગામાં હું તમને ફરીથી વસાવીશ.

9 To say to the bound, Go out, To those in darkness, Be uncovered. On the ways they feed, And in all high places is their pasture.હું બંદીવાનોને કહીશ, ‘જાઓ તમે મુકત છો!’ અને જેઓ અંધકારમાં છે તેઓને કહીશ, ‘બહાર પ્રકાશમાં આવો!’ તેઓ પર્વત પર ચરનારા ઘેટાં જેવા થશે.

10 They do not hunger, nor thirst, Nor smite them doth mirage and sun, For He who is pitying them doth lead them, And by fountains of waters doth tend them.તેઓને ભૂખ કે તરસ લાગશે નહિ; તેઓને લૂ તથા તાપ વેઠવા પડશે નહિ. કારણ કે યહોવા પોતાની ભલાઇથી તેઓને દોરતા રહેશે અને તેમને પાણીના ઝરા આગળ લઇ જશે.

11 And I have made all My mountains for a way, And My highways are lifted up.હું દરેક પર્વતને સપાટ રસ્તો બનાવી દઇશ અને દરેક માર્ગને પૂરીને સરખો કરીશ,

12 Lo, these from afar come in, And lo, these from the north, and from the sea, And these from the land of Sinim.જુઓ, મારા લોકો ઉત્તરના તથા પશ્ચિમના તેમજ દક્ષિણના પ્રદેશોમાંથી પાછા ફરશે.”

13 Sing, O heavens, and joy, O earth, And break forth, O mountains, with singing, For comforted hath Jehovah His people, And His afflicted ones He doth pity.હે આકાશો, હર્ષનાદ કરો; અને હે પૃથ્વી, તું આનંદ કર; હે પર્વતો, તમે જયઘોશ કરવા માંડો, કારણ કે યહોવાએ પોતાના લોકોને દિલાસો આપ્યો છે, અને પોતાની દુ:ખી પ્રજા પર કરુણા દર્શાવી છે.

14 And Zion saith, `Jehovah hath forsaken me, And my Lord hath forgotten me.'છતાં સિયોનના લોકો કહે છે, “યહોવાએ અમારો ત્યાગ કર્યો છે, અમારો નાથ અમને ભૂલી ગયો છે.”

15 Forget doth a woman her suckling, The loved one -- the son of her womb? Yea, these forget -- but I -- I forget not thee.પરંતુ યહોવા કહે છે, “કોઇ માતા પોતાના બાળકને કઇં રીતે ભૂલી જઇ શકે? પોતાના પેટના સંતાનને હેત કરવાનું કઇ રીતે ભૂલી જઇ શકે? કદાચ માતા ભૂલી જાય, પણ હું તને નહિ ભૂલું.

16 Lo, on the palms of the hand I have graven thee, Thy walls `are' before Me continually.જો, મેં તને મારી હથેલી પર કોતરી છે, અને યરૂશાલેમ નગરના કોટકાંગરાને હું સતત સંભાર્યા કરું છું.

17 Hastened have those building thee, Those destroying thee, and laying thee waste, go out from thee.તને ફરી બાંધનારાઓ થોડા જ સમયમાં આવી પહોંચશે. અને તારો નાશ કરનારા સર્વને ભગાડી મૂકશે.”

18 Lift up round about thine eyes and see, All of them have been gathered, They have come to thee. I live, an affirmation of Jehovah! Surely all of them as an ornament thou puttest on, And thou bindest them on like a bride.જરા ઊંચી નજર કરીને ચારે બાજુ જો! તારા લોકો કેવા ભેગા મળીને તારી પાસે પાછા આવે છે! હું યહોવા, મારા પ્રાણનાં સમ ખાઇને પ્રતિજ્ઞા કરું છું કે, “તું તેમને આભૂષણની જેમ ધારણ કરશે, અને નવવધૂની જેમ તેમના વડે તારી જાતને શણગારશે.

19 Because thy wastes, and thy desolate places, And the land of thy ruins, Surely now are straitened because of inhabitants, And far off have been those consuming thee.તું ખેદાન-મેદાન થઇ ગઇ હતી, તું ખંડેરની ભૂમિ બની ગઇ હતી એ સાચું, પણ હવે તારા વતનીઓ માટે તારી સરહદ અત્યંત સાંકડી પડશે. અને તને ખેદાન-મેદાન કરી નાખનારાઓ તો દૂર ચાલ્યા ગયા હશે.

20 Again do the sons of thy bereavement say in thine ears: `The place is too strait for me, Come nigh to me -- and I dwell.'દેશવટાના દિવસોમાં જન્મ ધારણ કરનારાં બાળકો પાછાં આવશે અને તેને કહેશે, ‘અમારે વધારે જગાની જરૂર છે! કેમ કે આ જગા તો ખીચોખીચ ભરાઇ ગઇ છે!’

21 And thou hast said in thy heart: `Who hath begotten for me -- these? And I bereaved and gloomy, A captive, and turned aside, And these -- who hath nourished? Lo, I -- I was left by myself, these -- whence `are' they?પછી તું મનમાં વિચાર કરશે, હું તો સંતાન વિહોણી ત્યકતા હતી, આ બધા બાળકો મને થયા શી રીતે? ‘હું તો એકલીઅટૂલી હતી, ત્યારે એમને ઉછેર્યા કોણે? એ આવ્યાં ક્યાંથી?”‘

22 Thus said the Lord Jehovah: `Lo, I lift up unto nations My hand, And unto peoples I raise up Mine ensign, And they have brought thy sons in the bosom, And thy daughters on the shoulder are carried.યહોવા મારા દેવ કહે છે, “જુઓ, હું વિદેશીઓ તરફ મારો હાથ ઊંચો કરીશ, અને લોકો તરફ મારો ધ્વજ રાખીશ. અને તેઓ તારા પુત્રોને પોતાના ખોળામાં ઊંચકીને અને તારી પુત્રીઓને ખભા પર બેસાડીને તારી પાસે પાછા લાવશે.

23 And kings have been thy nursing fathers, And their princesses thy nursing mothers; Face to the earth -- they bow down to thee, And the dust of thy feet they lick up, And thou hast known that I `am' Jehovah, That those expecting Me are not ashamed.રાજાઓ તેમના પાલકપિતા થશે અને તેમની રાણીઓ તેમની ધાવ થશે. તેઓ તને સાષ્ટાંગ દંડવત પ્રણામ કરશે અને તમારા ચરણની રજ ચાટશે; ત્યારે તું જાણશે કે, હું યહોવા છું, જેઓ મારી વાટ જુએ છે તેઓ કદી જ નિરાશ થશે નહિં.”

24 Is prey taken from the mighty? And the captive of the righteous delivered?શકિતશાળી માણસના હાથમાંથી શિકારને કોણ પાછો ઝૂંટવી શકે? અત્યાચારી રાજવી પાસે બંદીવાનોને મુકત કરાવવાની માગણી કોણ કરી શકે?

25 For thus said Jehovah: Even the captive of the mighty is taken, And the prey of the terrible is delivered, And with thy striver I strive, and thy sons I save.પણ યહોવા કહે છે કે, “જોરાવરના હાથમાંથી લૂંટનો માલ ઝૂંટવી લેવાશે જ, અને દુષ્ટના હાથમાંથી કેદીને છોડાવાશે જ. તારી સામે જેઓ લડતા હશે તે બધાની સાથે હું લડીશ અને તારાં બાળકોને હું પોતે બચાવીશ.

26 And I have caused thine oppressors to eat their own flesh, And as new wine they drink their own blood, And known have all flesh that I, Jehovah, Thy saviour, and thy redeemer, `Am' the Mighty One of Jacob!'હું તારા દુશ્મનોને તેમનું પોતાનું માંસ ખવડાવીશ અને જાણે દ્રાક્ષારસ પીધો હોય એમ તેઓ પોતાનું જ લોહી પીને છાકટા બનશે, અને આખી માનવજાતને ખાતરી થશે કે હું, યહોવા તારો તારક અને ઉદ્ધારક અને યાકૂબનો મહાન પરાક્રમી દેવ છું.”
