Isaiah 48:3
યહોવા કહે છે, “ભૂતકાળના બનાવોની મેં અગાઉથી આગાહી કરી હતી, મારે પોતાને મોઢે મેં એ જાહેર કર્યુ હતું, અને પછી એકાએક મેં અમલ કર્યો અને એ સાચું પડ્યું.

| the former things | מֵאָ֣ז | mēʾāz | may-AZ |
| beginning; the from | הִגַּ֔דְתִּי | higgadtî | hee-ɡAHD-tee |
| and they went forth | וּמִפִּ֥י | ûmippî | oo-mee-PEE |
| mouth, my of out | יָצְא֖וּ | yoṣʾû | yohts-OO |
| and I shewed | וְאַשְׁמִיעֵ֑ם | wĕʾašmîʿēm | veh-ash-mee-AME |
| did I them; | פִּתְאֹ֥ם | pitʾōm | peet-OME |
| them suddenly, | עָשִׂ֖יתִי | ʿāśîtî | ah-SEE-tee |
| and they came to pass. | וַתָּבֹֽאנָה׃ | wattābōʾnâ | va-ta-VOH-na |
