Isaiah 30:1-5 in Gujarati

1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:

2 That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!

3 Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

4 For his princes were at Zoan, and his ambassadors came to Hanes.

5 They were all ashamed of a people that could not profit them, nor be an help nor profit, but a shame, and also a reproach.

1 યહોવા કહે છે કે, “બંડ કરનારા મારા બાળકોને અફસોસ! તેઓ યોજનાઓ ઘડે છે છતાં તે મારી યોજના નથી; તેઓ સંધિઓ કરે છે પણ તે મારા માન્ય કરેલી નથી. તેઓ પાપ ઉપર પાપ ઉમેરવા સારુ પેયાર્પણ રેડે છે, પણ તેઓ મારા આત્માને અનુસરતા નથી;

2 તેઓ મને પૂછયાં વિના મિસરની છાયામાં શરણું લેવા તેના રાજા ફારુનના રક્ષણમાં આશ્રય લેવા મિસર જવા નીકળી પડ્યા છે!
That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!

3 “પણ ફારુનનો આશ્રય લેવા જતાં તેમની માત્ર ફજેતી જ થશે, અને મિસરની છાયામાં શરણું લેવાથી માનહાની જ થશે.
Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

4 જો કે તેના અમલદારો સોઆનથી લઇને હાનેસ સુધી મુસાફરી કરે છે.

5 પણ તેઓ કઇ કામના નથી, જેઓ તેમના પર આધાર રાખે છે તેને તેમના તરફથી માત્ર અપમાન અને અપયશ જ મળશે, મદદ નહિ.”
