“ઓ ખોરાઝીન, તે તારે માટે ખરાબ છે, ઓ બેથસૈદા, તે તારા માટે ખરાબ છે. મેં તમારામાં ઘણા ચમત્કારો કર્યા છે. તે જો તૂર તથા સિદાનમાં થયા હોય તો, તે શહેરના લોકોએ તેઓનાં જીવનમાં પરિવર્તન કર્યુ હોત અને ઘણા વખત રહેલાં પાપો કરવાનું બંધ કર્યુ હોત. તેઓએ તાટના વસ્ત્રો પહેર્યા હોત અને તેમની જાતે રાખ ચોળીને તેઓએ તેઓનાં પાપો માટે પશ્ચાતાપ દર્શાવ્યો હોત.

Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
